Beware: Unreliable-they did not pick up or deliver on scheduled date or time. Unprofessional-when I called the same phone number a second time I was told "back down and don't call this number again" Unaccessable- I've called over 15 times and was on hold from 40 to 50 minutes only to be hung up on or sent to voicemail. I did speak to someone working from home (kids in background) twice and was told she would get right back to me same day. Never received a call back. The driver on the delivery end tried to double our price due at the time of delivery. We insisted and only paid what was on the contract. Why would he do this! check the Better Business Bureau. I was told it was a short move. They would pick up on Thursday and deliver on Saturday... they picked up on Thursday From Nashville, Tennessee then for some reason my load was sent to New Jersey... I did not receive my furniture until the following Friday... I was in my new place sleeping on the floor with only a camping chair to sit in... Make sure when you hire a mover it is not a broker... We needed this service to move furniture, boxes, and a gun safe from our master bedroom to the opposite side of the house while we did a major remodel on the master bath. We were very happy with the service when they did the initial move, but when we were ready to move back to our bedroom after the remodel, Anthony, Ricardo, and Leo went the extra mile. After all furniture was moved, they reassembled a queen size bed frame and put the mattresses back on for me. Being in our 70's, it was so nice not having this cumbersome task to dread. They loaded 4100 square feet worth of furniture and boxes efficiently over the course of four hours, I thought it would take sooo much longer. Don't go with them! At the time I scheduled my move, they immediately took half of the relocation cost. My move got cancelled a month before the relocation date. I had just been scammed by another moving company, who took a $1200 deposit and then ghosted me, and called 3 Brothers because I saw some good reviews and was desperate. I was quoted in the $3,500 range for a one bedroom with minimal furniture (bed, dresser, lamp, coffee table, 2 rattan chairs and 35 boxes). Arrangements were made for the pick up. When the "movers" came the quote became irrelevant. They up charged $6000 more, stating that my boxes were too big. Three Brothers NEVER asked me the size of my boxes!! They already had loaded most of my things on the truck. I had to be out of my house that day. Three Brothers also "promised" I would be able to pay the 1/3 payment for the pick up with Venmo. Nope. Had to use credit card, as it was a Sunday. There was a 5% charge for that, which Three Brothers said I would be compensated for...nope. They have not returned my calls answered a phone since that day!! Good Moved USA was the brokered moving company. EVERY piece of furniture THEY wrapped had a dent or scratches. They also did not deliver my oriental, wool 9x12 area rug. It just disappeared into thin air. The man who delivered my furniture refused to reassemble (this was part of the contract). He refused to pay the two gentleman he hired to help with the move, until they threatened him physically. We almost had to call the police. I called them continuously and got a complete runaround. Terrible service with no follow up. We had a very small move with a tight window to do so. The sales team guaranteed it would not be a problem and lowered the initial cost and even waived the stair fee. After I paid the upfront portion, it became difficult to contact anyone. I continued to try and get a status up to the day before the move and continuously got put on hold or was told they would call back within the hour, they never did. The day of the move, still no contact. After going through every number, I could find for them I finally got put through to a driver. After several calls, he says he won't be able to get there until 8pm when our apartment loading dock was no longer available. We adjusted and he said he would be there at 8am the next morning, no show until 9. It took one hour to load the truck and complete the paperwork. 3 Brothers are a scam! I requested a quote from them and other companies. Other companies gave me a quote of 1500cuft and 3 Brothers gave me a quote for 737cuft for the same list. I had questioned their costs and CUFT calculations, Brandon Roberts from 3 Brothers assured me that the truck they will be sending can hold up to 1700cuft and that I can use every bit of space that is needed with no extra cost. This was verbally (recorded line) and in an email in writing. So I gave them my 2k+ deposit with 2 months advance on my moving date. Movers called me the day before to verify my inventory. They stated that the list I gave him did not match the list that is on his work order from 3 Brothers. I explained to him about my email and calls from Brandon. Movers stated that this info is incorrect. Movers came to my house that night, looked at my inventory and decided my move will take approx 1600cuft of space and gave me an estimate that was DOUBLED on what 3 Brothers gave me. I had no choice but to pay it because my escrow was closing and I had to be out of the house. I have called and emailed 3 Brothers several times with very little contact or returned calls. Last email I received from a Alexis Carter (supervisor) that they will not be reimbursing me with any money. Even when I have showed them the emails from Brandon that I was mis-led and lied to just to get my business! 3 Brothers will tell you anything and low ball your quote just to get your business. The team of two movers worked very efficiently and with care to complete our small moving job. They called to tell us they would show up before the scheduled time, but asked if we would like them to wait. We found no damage on any of our items moved and no damage to walls or doors during move. They followed instructions very well as to where we would like the items placed. They were helpful in taking apart a piece of furniture that needed to be disassembled to go through a door. This was the worst experience EVER- lied to every step of the way. My price at the end of the move was more than double the quoted price. Was told they would wrap up the big furniture, but we needed to pack the boxes. The wrapped large items were scratched and dented to the point that the movers at the new location could not even put them back together (fasteners also lost)- the boxes were all smashed to pieces. There was falsification on the contract itself- they changed the price by scribbling out the price and writing a bunch of different numbers. They charged us more based on the "cubic feet" but the size of the load is different on three separate pieces of paper. Once they have your stuff you are stuck with them. I was also not told that our belongings would be moved several times into different trucks (total of 3 trucks)- the delivery guys even broke the elevator at the apartments we were moving into. Three brothers acts as the contractor for the move and subs out the job to others (USA Logistics is who was ours-horrible!).. Do yourself and your pocket book a favor- look elsewhere! read more

Beware: We hired 3 brothers movers to move from Benton City, wa to Vancouver, Wa. They quoted me on packing the house and moving the items into a truck that I rented. I really liked Anthony. He sent 3 guys to come the first day and box up the house and then pack the truck. The guys were happy and polite. They did not wrap the furniture and placed the couches and beds in the truck with no protection. The second day they did not show up. Anthony called and said they would come the next day because his guys did not show up to work. Then called back and saying he was sending some guys over around 4pm. They stayed for 10 minutes and then said they were going home because of a family emergency and they were tired and had not even had a lunch break. The next day they came and packed up everything but again did not wrap furniture such as a antique piano, bbq, couches and they laid the TV's down on top of the couches. Some items were wrapped only in one section but not fully and others like our nice couches were not wrapped at all. They also spaced the items out in the second moving trailer that is paid for by the foot. When I explained that I'm paying for space in the trailer by the foot they were upset about having to repack the second truck. Many of the items that were supposed to be packed in boxes were thrown into the trailer loose such as glass vases, lamp shades(broken), odds and ends and remotes. Needless to say our couches were covered in black marks from the bottom of the trailer, many things were damaged like the antique piano, bbq from Costco which was packed with the fuel still attached. I hope that the company reads this and fixes these problems. I called Anthony after the movers left to ask them to come and fix what they had done and he refused to send them out. read more

I'm really disappointed in their customer service. We had them load our Penske 26' truck. Provided plenty or furnature blankets and instructed them to wrap everything. They failed to do protect a stainless steel table and ruined the top with all kinds of scratches. We had two Stressless chairs that are worth $7k. They failed to protect one of the bases and it has scratches on the base. I contacted them and told them I have pictures of them in the truck before we unloaded them. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY unless you want your items stolen!!! My husband and I waited to post this review until we verified such information. Below is a brief overview of this horrible experience. First off, we had email confirmation of a scheduled move at 1pm. We were called at 7:45am stipulating that the movers were on their way. When I called up to question, I was met by an extremely rude office lady that accused me of confirming the appointment the prior day for 8am. There was absolutely no call! Abel then called me back to confirm that the move was rescheduled for later that afternoon, but it would need to be 2:30pm instead. In order to make up the difference, we were to get four movers instead of three for the same price. WELL LUCKY US! We started moving the items out of our old home; upon completion one of the movers (The extra helper that stipulated today was his first day on the job!) became ill. He left the job and the other three movers assisted us in moving items into our new home. The next morning, we headed back to our old home to pick up some more items at which point we realized we had been burglarized. It has been CONFIRMED by the police that one of Three Brother's Moving's employees committed the robbery. Although the company relinquished the employees name to the police, they proceeded to cash our check that day and neglected to even give us a call. SERIOUSLY NO CALL! He told me (even though he had been to my house 2 times - once to give me a bid and again to check on his packers) he couldn't get his trailer down my driveway and that his covered truck was too small.
