I just spent a good half hour, as opposed to an annoying half hour, waiting to get a chip in my windshield fixed. I was SO impressed with the gentleman(Tom), who helped me. I walked in, he greeted me in a very pleasant way and asked to see what needed fixing. He quickly assessed the issue, told me the time it would take, and let me know of the cost.
I sat in the waiting room and he went out to the shop to start working on my vehicle. There were more workers in the shop and they all seemed to be focused on their individual tasks while communicating with one another, which is always good to see. The employees were all cleanly dressed and the shop appeared to be clean and organized.
As I sat waiting, the phone rang several times and other customers came in. I was incredibly impressed with the way that Tom handled the phone calls, customers and my windshield all within the promised time frame stated at the beginning of my visit! (Ok, so he was a couple of minutes over, but he explained to me that they weren't pleased with the way the fix was going and they were trying something different.) The fix ended up being perfect!
I love good customer service and an obviously efficiently run business when I come across one and will let everyone know when that happens.
My husband has had work done on the windshield on his vehicle at this shop and was very impressed also.
