I walked in, he greeted me in a very pleasant way and asked to see what needed fixing. He quickly assessed the issue, told me the time it would take, and let me know of the cost. I sat in the waiting room and he went out to the shop to start working on my vehicle. There were more workers in the shop and they all seemed to be focused on their individual tasks while communicating with one another, which is always good to see. The employees were all cleanly dressed and the shop appeared to be clean and organized. As I sat waiting, the phone rang several times and other customers came in. I was incredibly impressed with the way that Tom handled the phone calls, customers and my windshield all within the promised time frame stated at the beginning of my visit! (Ok, so he was a couple of minutes over, but he explained to me that they weren't pleased with the way the fix was going and they were trying something different.) The fix ended up being perfect! I love good customer service and an obviously efficiently run business when I come across one and will let everyone know when that happens. My husband has had work done on the windshield on his vehicle at this shop and was very impressed also. We will recommend any windshield or glass needs to Speedy in Lacombe any day of the week!(except weekends :-))

Brian kindly advised against spending money on my 2005 Cadillac because the rust damage was too far gone. He said that he would repair the panel and suggested that I sit in the customer area and perhaps have a coffee. Ten minutes later he showed me what he did to secure the panel. He then gave me my car keys and said that there was "no charge". I was surprised and very happy. Wow! That's how you build a business. Having my truck detailed here cost me $1500!! When I picked up the truck, it was lit up like a Xmas tree. 155 error codes after they introduced water to 3 modules. Was without my vehicle for 1 month while it was being repaired. They were very unprofessional, aggressive, rude and condescending thru out. I had to put up the funds for repair. They also missed most of the "trouble spots" discussed an still charged me for them. They assured me 100% of the repair costs would be covered by them. At the end they backed out and paid only half. Then told me to pound sand. I have had nothing but problems ever since. Transmission, engine, electrical....etc etc etc. My vehicle has never ran the same since. Go anywhere but here.

I can't give them 5 stars, because I just feel that I shouldn't have had to bring my car back to get anything re-done in the first place. When I first picked up my car when it was done, and I paraphrase here, "We looked over your car extra hard as we were told you were picky." Not exactly in those words, no. But it was a new car (not even a year old at the time), and it was nothing structural so yeah, please make damned sure it's as good as you can get it. Should be the way it's done every time, every car. As good as you can get it. Having said that, they DID make the car appear as though it had never needed to be repaired in the first place. I only had to bring it back as there was an issue with tonnes of feather scratch swirls in the repainted areas. They got most of that out to the point where I doubt anyone would notice now. The one receptionist is a bit surly but then she probably gets that way dealing with unreasonable people. I found she softened her stance with me once she realized I was not one of those people. One of the management guys gave me a ride home when I dropped it off, so that was cool. Really, I'd consider this to be a 4.5 out of 5 review. I will bring the car to them next time something happens.

I couldn't believe it when Karla informed me I'd get a brand new bumper free, painted free. Thank you so much for making it right and going wven further to help me. I so appreciate it and I wont go anywhere else for body work. Boyd definetely stands by their work. If you have an issue, just talk to them about it-chances are they will make it right again.
