If the crack cant be fixed he should've said it cant be done in the beginning. I had cracks repaired in the past by different companies and the job others had done on the previous windshield still remains intact and no spread. This spread 2 days after the repair. Since there was no visual signs of crack on the windshield in the beginning as it somehow spreaded through the heater line. The guy prolly knew that this can't be patched but he patched it anyways.

Noone else was there so my car had 4 guys available to work on it and it was done in 30 mins. Guys offered to check the cabin filter & I said yes as it has never been changed & is 3 years old. Dirty as expected so they changed it. Within 2 weeks my car sounds like a drone is taking off inside my car. Upon inspection Glove box was not reinstalled properly, cover was not reinstalled properly over the filter and filter was installed upside down. Careless mistakes. Not Good.
