Apparently customer satisfaction is not their priority. Owner sold us something that should not be…read moreused in our car. Wrong item was delivered and when we tried to exchange for correct item, we found out that what we ordered should not be used on our car, and had the person placing the order known what we were ordering for, he would not have ordered it for us. Owner agreed to replace the wrong delivered item for the correctly ordered item, but now knowing it should not be used on our car, we don't want it, understandably. Despite the fact that they sold us the wrong thing, and there is nothing on our receipt saying no returns, and it was apparently an in stock item, they have refused to give us a refund.
