When I showed up for my appointment, they had lost my booking, even though I called that same morning to confirm my appointment. They had not ordered the windshield, and had nothing in stock. I called Apple Auto Glass in Pickering, it was the owner (Tony) that picked up the phone. He was extremely sympathetic, and made time for me to come in straight away to take a look at the crack. I showed up within 20 mins, he said they could do the work that afternoon and had my vehicle done by 5pm the same day. Tony was amazing, so helpful, AND his pricing was significantly cheaper than Speedy Glass. Would recommend Tony and this specific Apple Auto Glass to anyone.

I recall dropping off my car and taking a bus to Centrepoint Mall to hang out. The quality was fantastic. Both my boyfriend and I could not tell that work had been done on the bumper. The paint was seamless and my car looked new again. I recently went back there to have them take a look at yet another scrape that happened on my Scion iM. I got an estimate for $1,000. After reading reviews of other tinting companies, I chose Mr Tint because their business has a website, they were able to provide a verbal quote over the phone and I was able to book an appointment time in advance. It took roughly 2 hours to tint 3 windows which is the time that was estimated. The "Do not roll down windows" stickers were really useful during the setting period which they recommend 3 to 5 days. I am 100% satisfied with the final result and would highly recommend Mr Tint. Pros Able to make an appointment in advance, the owner uses Whatsapp. Free wifi in customer lounge. They provided a 10year warranty. For windshields they said this warranty does not apply, as windshields are not allowed to have any tinting according to Ontario laws. Cons The technician stuck 3 stickers directly onto my odometer, which I certainly did not appreciate. I have emailed the owner to advise the technician to avoid doing this in future. Did not provide a written quote, the technician only provided a verbal quote. Customers cannot see the work being completed. They drive your car to the back of the shop. I would have preferred to watch the work being completed. The shop is located in an industrial area, with nothing nearby. Most customers simply waited in the lounge area with a couch and cable TV. Protip - If I had known they were going to remove and not be able to re-install my dashcam and 407 transponder, I would recommend removing all stickers yourself prior to the appointment. For example I had a Police traceable sticker, and now that it has been removed I cannot reapply this sticker. Cost of work $350.

They promised to match the color of the back windows but they did not do. When I questioned, instead of rectifying the issue, they said they will remove the film and give the money back, Knowing, they are going to damage the car, i refused. They tried to convince me the color looks different because there is light reflection from the windshield and that's the reason it looks different. Then they started arguing with me accusing me of drinking and driving and said will call Cops on me, and I said go ahead. Then they used a racial slur on me, calling me DIRTY INDIAN, which is despicable. later I called them on the phone to let them know the color difference is evident when I look from inside of the car, and then they said its because the rear windows are factory tinted and that's why they cant match the color. Why would they not say this to me at the time of giving the order. I AM SO DISAPPOINTED, especially for the racial traetment. Am I still living in CANADA.
