These guys do good work, but I do have one significant enough complaint to warrant a 1 star review…read more The tint over the dot matrix on the back window of my car hasn't cured correctly. I wasn't worried because I know FX stands by their work, so I went to see them and let them know of my issue. They told me that there's no way to get that fixed reliably, and that I can have them remove the tint over the back window over the dot matrix and get it coated with an opaque vinyl. They warned, however, that it would likely damage my radio, so I'd have to be comfortable with the risk. Guys - if a part of your work isn't going to turn out, your customer should know about this before swiping their credit cards. If they raise an issue, saying "we can fix our mistake but it may screw up your car" isn't customer service. You're supposed to make it right. I'd stay away, go to somewhere that will be transparent with you from the jump.

At 330pm (initial call at 9am) I called back expecting to have my window missing overnight, only to learn that they had taken the initiative and purchased the glass without my confirmation. I was then able to head to the shop where the service was completed. The service itself was top shelf with a high attention to detail and standard. The whole experience was a pleasure and the price, especially in the context of the accommodation and Ronin taking the risk of ordering the glass, was to put it lightly reasonable.
