The consoles and exterior were gleaming. My only problem was that I chose to do this in the middle of winter (rookie mistake) so my seats were wet for days. You really need a good amount of sun and warmth to dry the upholstery after a deep shampooing...two things in short supply in February in Toronto. I probably would not spend another $200 anytime soon...it's a lot, and the tip is extra. They have lighter touch, cheaper options that I might eventually try...it depends on how many Coffee Crisp crumbs I sit on over the next 5 years.

Had a tough tan interior with soiled carpets and worn down leather on a 12 year old car. The team did a deep clean to get as much of the dirt out of the carpet as possible. After the car was done, the cigarette smells were nearly gone and the leather was almost as soft as new.
