Right now, giving SPEEDY GLASS BOZEMAN the opportunity to MAKE THINGS CORRECT. FOR A Windshield replacement, specifically specified ONLY MATCHING EXACT GLASS as in the vehicle (RAM LOGO ON IT). Installation of NON-MATCHING GLASS?? When picking up vehicle INSTALLATION OF INCORRECT GLASS, told was waiting for the correct glass and would replace when in. We ourselves were in no hurry to have this glass and more than willing to wait for the correct glass (as specified) NOW, that glass is more money, we can't get that glass, etc... already billed the insurance. DONT CARE!! WOULD NOT HAVE GONE WITH SPEEDY if they were honest about putting in an incorrect item. read more

My windshield was replaced as requested. The work is acceptable. However, I was told when I scheduled the service that they would "work something out" to get m a shuttle ride to my home 2 miles away. When I arrived, I was told by the women at the desk, who proved to be the manager, "that we do not provide rides". When I indicated that I had been told otherwise and now was in a bind, a ride was arranged. More miscommunication occurred around the pick-up so I resolved to walk the 2 miles. When I arrived, the women behind the desk said, "Oh, you should have asked for a ride". It felt frustrating. Another point - the website suggests they work with all insurances. Well, except my mine. I had to pay out of pocket and am now waiting for reimbursement. read more

We called Speedy Glass two hours before we arrived in Bozeman. Cause we were in a pinch and needed help. We were the epitome of SafeLite's most recent nationwide commercial. We were pulling an RV and had a new rock chip that needed repair. We were miles from our destination and in unfamiliar territory. We tried Safelite because they have a great ad campaign but you know what, they can't help us now, it would until 2 days until we could get an appointment. Speedy Glass welcomed us to stop by when we got into Bozeman and literally within 25 minutes we were in and out and on the road. The quick version: customer service continually fell short of professionalism and I was charged far more than I was originally quoted. I will not be returning to Speedy Glass in Bozeman. I called on a Tuesday to get a quote for a new windshield. The employee I was speaking with had a little trouble helping me, but she eventually was able to give me a quote. I liked the price I was given, so I gave all of the information about my vehicle I was asked for and scheduled an appointment for that Thursday. About 15 minutes later, I received a call back from Speedy Glass and was informed that there was some information I still need to give about the vehicle. I provided that and confirmed my appointment. On Wednesday morning, I received another call from Speedy Glass. The original employee I spoke to the day before was asking if I had scheduled an appointment for the next day or if she had misunderstood our first conversation. I confirmed again that we had agreed on an appointment on Thursday morning. Several minutes later, the same employee called again to ask what vehicle I was bringing in. She said that she had written it down yesterday, but accidentally threw away the note. On Thursday morning, I dropped off the vehicle, expecting to receive a call within the next few hours telling me to pick it up when the work was complete. Instead, I got a call within 30 minutes of drop-off, informing me that they had order the wrong windshield and they would have to replace it the next day. On Friday, I received a call that the job was done and I went to Speedy Glass to pick up the vehicle. When I was handed the bill to sign, I found that I was being charged over $600. This was $200+ more than I was originally quoted. I would have made the appointment elsewhere if the employee had been upfront with me from the beginning. Several of the interactions I had with Speedy Glass were small inconveniences and the staff was nice to me when I came in. But when considering all of the mistakes made by employees and ultimately feeling duped about how much I would be paying, this was a very negative experience. I have another car that I need a windshield replacement on this month. I will be taking my business elsewhere. read more

Took me as a walk-in. Fixed my windshield's two rock chips in 30 minutes and let my dog hang out in the waiting area with me. CUSTOMER SERVICES SUCKS 6 years and several replaced windshields. No problems until last week. I received a call to bring my vehicle in a day early. I was unable to do so due to work and the ride I had. Vehicle was dropped off as scheduled on Friday. 2-3 hours after dropping it off, phone rings. "I'm so sorry. We made a mistake. We removed your windshield and don't have the replacement. It should be here on Monday." I'm thinking that's a bummer, how do I get back and forth to work the next 3 days? Stuff happens, they'll take care of me. Picked up the vehicle Monday with a pathetic "I'm sorry." For the $100 deductible, we'll give you the keys and you can be off. Are you kidding me? I bought a brand new windshield from here in March 2022. I got a rock chip in August of this year and was told I would have to wait a week to get it fixed. In the meantime of course it cracked. Buyer beware, when they tell you that you get free rock chip repair they may put you on a schedule and in the meantime your windshield will probably crack. I went up the street to the Glass Dr. and ordered a new windshield and it was cheaper than what they were going to charge me at Speedy Glass. Over the years I have probably purchased 12 windshields from this place and I will never go back. read more

I went in today because of a rock chip on the windshield of my brand new car. The guy at the counter was super friendly and helped me right away. While waiting I enjoyed reading a list of loving requests in the training of their German Shepherd pup. They had the chip fixed and me out of there in less than 20minutes! Busy woman here was very impressed by that. Also- you can't hardly see where the chip was anymore and again- the service was excellent! So don't be fooled by the looks of the building- these guys are a business we want to keep. read more

We were on a three week RV trip when a rock hit the window of the RV and made a significant hole in the windshield. We were about an hour away from Bozeman when this happened. As soon as I had cell service, I started calling around to find a repair place who could help us out on short notice. Speedy Glass told me to come on by and they would try to fit us in. We arrived at their business within an hour and explained our situation (that we were just passing through Bozeman). Speedy took care of us and we were back on the road within 30 Minutes! With so many windshield repair places in the area (several on the same street) it might be hard to choose where to go but I have been to Speedy Glass three times in the past year and I have been absolutely thrilled by the staff, speed, and quality of their services. Requested a windshield replacement quote online then scheduled appointment with someone at the 800 number. Drove half an hour in terrible weather to find that the location had no record of my appointment and couldn't do anything to help. The employee mentioned it is an ongoing issue that the scheduling system doesn't work and doesn't inform them of appointments. Why do they continue to use this system and inconvenience their customers? read more
