Isn't it called onsite auto service? Then, they informed me that they got the wrong windshield for the pickup, would have to reschedule. We brought them to Belgrade, 30 miles from home. Took the pickup to their shop a week later (to avoid a "mobile " fee)where they broke the front apron in front of the windshield, and when I left the air coming through the bottom was louder than the truck going down the interstate. Bad seal, tech blamed it on a seized wiper. Weird, they're new and work perfectly. Sitting here for hours. No offer to replace broken piece or offer a discount. I understand that things happen, but one thing after another isn't acceptable. Won't return to this place or recommend them to anyone.

Had a chip in my truck windshield and pulled up to ask what it would cost to fix it. I didn't have…read morean appointment but Caleb, the manager, looked at the damage, provided as estimate and told me to come right in and he'd fix it. He did a stunning job, the chip is almost invisible, but more importantly, it won't spread so I have to get a new windshield. He offered to vacuum the car and wash all windows, but I passed. At my request he inspected why my window washer spigots which weren't functioning, and recommended I take the truck to the dealer to fix a hole in the tubing. Awesome! He also showed us our old windshield wipers and recommended we replace them in a couple of months, but I opted to change them right then. The office was clean and pleasant and I had to laugh at the one reviewer who gave the business a lower rating because they thought it needed "a thorough deep cleaning..." lol.......

I visited BOS window tinting after looking around town a bit and not being impressed. I had Audi…read moretint a damaged window and whoever does the work should quit. The tinting film was not even laid up to the exposed leading edge of the window. SO when I drive around I have light leaks, I looked at another shop but after speaking to them they said a guy from Billings comes out to do it for them about once a month. Finally found BOS and called them up, the young lady was very friendly in setting up the appointment. They got me in that week and the turn around time was great, price was fair too! Walked down the road, had some lunch and came back to see our truck waiting for us. After getting everything settled we were very pleased, EXCELLENT JOB. The attention to detail was perfect, nicely laid, quick turn around and fair price. I couldn't ask for anything else and will be taking anything I need tinted in to these guys. I forgot to mention they placed a handy little sticker by the window controls to remind you not to roll down the windows for a couple days, nice touch. Sometimes in Bozeman great customer service is hard to find, give these guys a try this is what Montana is really like. Oh they also do stereo stuff here, but that's not really my things, they did have some nice looking stuff in the shop though.
