So I flagged down Donald again; and he spent at least another hour trying to fix a trailer brake that was totally messed-up because of the connection between the truck and trailer. Not only were they informative and competent; but they extremely determined to help me. They ended up escorting to a near by parking lot. The part would be too expensive. I have an old car. It's a 96 Toyota, which runs fine. It only has a 138000 miles on it. And only after a year because I finally quit calling him 20. Wouldn't schedule my appointment and now I'm trying to find the part myself and ask them once I found it. Could he put it in and again? He's making excuses and telling me, oh yes, I can do that. So I have the place call him to ask him if it's the correct part. And he says, I don't know what part she needs. I haven't seen the car for a year when I literally just called him 10 minutes prior he did not know I was on the line. Listening at that point I called him back and asked if he even wanted to do the work all of a sudden, the call was escalated to the point. He hung up on me. I called him back and asked him exactly what the deal was. And he says he doesn't want to do a bunch of work that he's not gonna get paid for and I said, who told you, you weren't gonna get paid. So finally, we get to the place where he says that he's not going to work on my car because he could not sleep at night. Knowing that the air conditioner would cost more than the car's worth. But he can sleep perfectly fine knowing that I have to drive a car without air conditioning make that makes sense, and it only took a year to get that answer. And to be treated like complete trash by a complete chauvinist.
