The tinting film was not even laid up to the exposed leading edge of the window. SO when I drive around I have light leaks, I looked at another shop but after speaking to them they said a guy from Billings comes out to do it for them about once a month. Finally found BOS and called them up, the young lady was very friendly in setting up the appointment. They got me in that week and the turn around time was great, price was fair too! Walked down the road, had some lunch and came back to see our truck waiting for us. After getting everything settled we were very pleased, EXCELLENT JOB. The attention to detail was perfect, nicely laid, quick turn around and fair price. I couldn't ask for anything else and will be taking anything I need tinted in to these guys. I forgot to mention they placed a handy little sticker by the window controls to remind you not to roll down the windows for a couple days, nice touch. Sometimes in Bozeman great customer service is hard to find, give these guys a try this is what Montana is really like. Oh they also do stereo stuff here, but that's not really my things, they did have some nice looking stuff in the shop though.

Unfortunately, due to illness, my husband paid Ron without checking his work: $150 for the disgusting mess in the photos below. Within the hour we took the car out for photographs. We were appalled! Although the leather upholstery and rubber floor mats looked good (the original carpet floor mats had not been used and were still pristine), I immediately noticed that the air vents in the dash were filthy! They clearly had not been touched! I opened the center console. I scraped off a bit of stuck on "goop" with my fingernail and gaped at the mess! Next, were the side compartments in the doors: both sides were equally disgusting!! They all (four) contained crumbs, debris, cellophane, paper, DIRT! What is unbelievable is that the rubber covering the floor of each and every one of these areas was removable! We know: we removed each of them, dumped the dirt that Ron couldn't be bothered to wipe or vacuum up, washed and dried them, and returned them...spotless. This is the worst part of all. I called Ron and spoke to him in person. I asked for - and got - his email address. I told him I had some photos I would be sending him, and I told him why: that we surprised and unhappy with his work and that we would like his response to the photographs. Ron never bothered to respond to that call, the email or the photos. If he had, this review might not have been necessary. As it stands: avoid this business! Clearly their standards are appallingly low, they take no pride in their work or any responsibility for it, and.....if your car windows were to be tinted with this same attention to detail? Do YOU think your car would be safe to drive?

So I have called 3-4 different companies for a price quote to have my new vehicle ceramic coated…read more The price here was decent so I decided to book an appointment. After the date was booked the person on the phone says they need a $600 deposit and they have not even touched the vehicle yet. While I understand requesting a reasonable deposit of $50-$100 dollars to hold the appointment, demanding a %50 deposit is ridiculous. I would understand if they had to order a bunch of parts that were specific to my vehicle but to require that much of a deposit in my opinion is crazy.
