He cleaned things I didn't even think about, including my touchscreen, the wheels, and every little nook and cranny inside the car. The attention to detail was incredible. The service I requested was delivered beyond my expectations. I've had my car detailed at a more established shop in Bozeman before, and the quality of the work simply didn't compare. After a year of taking it back n forth to Toyota, they decided it had a cracked transmission! I have been without my car now for over a month while they replace the transmission. The car was delivered without a drop of wiper fluid in it, which proves to me it was never truly inspected. They just claim it was inspected, and collect the money. They don't care about safety. Additionally, the loaner vehicle I was given contains documents from the last two customers who have used their loaner car. I have their signatures, birthdates, dl numbers, social security numbers, phone numbers, and much more. Toyota is so lazy and unprofessional. They don't care about your safety or private information. They won't even offer as much as an apology for all my wasted time n money.
