They are sort of hidden from any main traffic off Creighton street, but they are always busy. We need to book a week in advance to make sure we can get in when we want to; which is slightly inconvenient, but they are a great garage so it comes with the territory. Here's an example of the great service. We brought our car in for a safety check last year and the car failed; we needed to get close to a $1000 in repairs. We asked Craig for a list of things that had to be done, which he gladly gave even after we told him we were going to a friend's garage to do the work, and didn't charge us for the inspection. We still go there and will still be going there for a while.

Jim (the previous manager or owner) knew what customer service was and appreciated customer loyalty. Things have drastically changed! Just today I called looking to get on a hoist for an urgent but quick repair to refasten the heat shield to the underside of my car. The front half had fallen down and is acting like a plough and is about catch and completely rip off. Something that really couldn't wait, right?! I figured they could slip me in for the 5 minutes it would take to run a couple of screws in while I I waited. NOPE!! I called and spoke to a woman and told her the issue and that basically the car is not drivable without almost certain further immediate damage. When I suggested they might slip me in for this quick repair, she just about laughed. She went on to tell me that 10 DAYS from now is the first time they could possibly look at it and that they had 50 cars waiting. Huh? Not; " We happen to be super busy today but I'll see what I can do, OR try back later this afternoon OR I'll put you on a list for cancellations. Nothing. No effort to help. What's the point of being loyal to a garage when the one time I need something small done quickly they don't even try to help me? WTF I was extremely disappointed after all these years. I guess I'll have to go somewhere else. It appears their days of customer service are done and trying to jam through as many cars as possible is what's important. : (

With the invoice showing the code of the part, I was able to check by Googling the market price of the part - only to realize that the part is selling for $659.97 by Parts Avatar, delivered for free across Canada. So, the repair shop got an exorbitant 97% margin on the part! This is repair services where you make living largely on labor and expertise, not on parts you just order and pass their costs to customers, especially given the part's great availability in the whole country. Being in the business, the shop certainly can get an even lower price from its regular suppliers. The shop could have suggested to me to get the part delivered at a much lower cost to their shop to get installed; instead, they FOOLED a customer by HIDING such a possibility just to make UNJUSTIFIABLE money of $636 ! That is total lack of transparency, honesty, and customer care in best, and deceptive business practice in worst.

The staff there were very good at providing an estimate and walking me through the claims process, something that my insurance wasn't as good at. They also arranged my car rental and helped me take the car seats out of my car. They answered my questions quickly and had a real desire to help. The work was finished on time and my car looks like the accident never happened. It was a really great job all around and I wouldn't hesitate recommending them to others.

Pretty sweet setup. Once registered with them you get reminders for when maintenance is due. Mine come in the form of emails, less bothersome then phone calls. You drive into the reception area and your car is whisked away while you go inside to register with the friendly counter staff. The waiting area is great, nice comfy chairs, TV, magazines, newspapers, coffee station, WiFi, workstations and a "Filling Station" (cafe) next door. This was a major maintenance service and coveniently I was emailed a slew of Toyota coupons, some of which were applicable to the services I was getting, I "saved" $75 with the coupons. I have a bit of a love hate relationship with coupons. I wish businesses would just charge a reasonable fee instead of inflating prices so they can issue coupons so we feel like we're getting a deal. That said, the guy told me they send out hundreds of these coupon books but rarely see any come in. Hey, use them people, you're paying for them anyway. Of course all this luxury comes at a price but I've found I get pretty good value for the cost, especially if there's a coupon or two I can use.

Bought a new rav4 xle premium from them last month. Picked it up, it had bird poo and scratches on…read moreit - brand new. Paid for ceramic and xpel paint protection on it - literally thousands of dollars - and they obviously did not take pride in their work and just did the bare minimum. They did not remove the scratches, then sealed them in with the ceramic coating! Told them about it, they scheduled it in on August first, then when I brought it in and they looked at the scratches, they said they would need more time and rescheduled me - wasting my time. The guy that looked at it actually said to me that the scratches should have been dealt with before the ceramic was applied - no kidding! Took it back in yesterday to get the issue fixed, and it still has scratches on it and was dirty when we picked it up. Another day wasted. With the ceramic already applied I am unsure how they can even fix it without claying the whole door - very much leads me to believe they are skipping steps and doing things improperly, if they are saying they can fix it in a few hours. The vehicles have great reliability, everything else however, has been awful. I phoned twice today, left messages with sales managers, and no reply. I even asked the front desk if they were busy, the second time I phoned, and they said no!
