I am a highly satisfied customer. From the moment I had my automobile towed to Gary's garage I was warmly greeted, at the reception counter, by a smiling, knowledgeable woman named Karen. From that point until the completion of all necessary repairs, and my discussion with Gary just before I drove away, I could not have had a more positive experience. The damage to the front of my vehicle was substantial. Gary, and his staff were able to find excellent replacement parts at approximately 50% less than dealer costs. He also discovered some very shoddy work - problems that had been only partially repaired at the dealership while my vehicle was still under warranty. I estimate that I saved approximately $1500.00 by entrusting my vehicle to Gary rather than returning to the dealership, where I shall never set foot again. Everything was explained to me in detail - item-by-item, and I'm delighted by the excellent service and price I received.
Gary even volunteered to go out of his way to examine a problem I'm having with my motorcycle, at my home, because he's a riding enthusiast as well. He followed through as of today (April 15, 2013). He quickly diagnosed and repaired the problem at no charge despite his valuable time and the use of one of his vehicles. This is far beyond the proverbial "call of duty" and indicative of what Gary is willing to do for a loyal customer- and a loyal customer I shall be from now on!
I have not received any incentives for writing this positive review. - nor am I related to Gary Murphy or any of his employees. This was my first visit. It's a great place to have one's vehicle repaired and Gary is a very pleasant, good and honest man!
