We went for a quick lunch and everything completed just before noon. Donnie in the services area was a super nice and entertaining guy as evidenced by the rapport with various customers coming in and out. The price for my parts and service was 1/5 of what other Honda places quoted. Very, very reasonable. I will now be a full time customer and get any services done by them. Definitely deserve 5 stars.

My brother saved me from being sold a new alternator by giving me a meter to show when the battery was receiving a charge...the alternator WAS charging the battery. The issue was simply resolved by a friend. A $9.99 part which separated the connection between the car and the battery. I can't believe that I spent over a thousand dollars and still the problem was not fixed. It is difficult to accept that I could have resolved the problem with a ten dollar fix. It pays to ask around and do not blindly trust your mechanic to do the right thing. They didn't even diagnose the problem correctly. Be cautious; don't accept the 60 second diagnosis you're given: especially when it concerns electrical issues.

My son recently brought his car there to have ONE tire *(which he provided, himself) installed and balanced and was charged $57.50, when they only charge $100 for all four. I approached the manager and asked him if this was a mistake and seemed exorbitant and unfair......and he assured me it was not. No respect and unethical. Hope they invested my son's money wisely, as they've seen the last of my family coming to them. No value, no fairness, not returning. I doubt they care much, as their lot is completely jammed up (to the point that you can't find parking) with Auction Direct cars, meaning they are now more interested in flipping cars, than repairing them, anyway.

Primarily not including an oil filter ($7) with an oil change package and additionally tacking on another $5 for shop supplies. Their quoted (by phone) package was incorrect, low by $5. So in the end service costed $122 when I was anticipating $105. Also the entrance was riddled with used valve stems. They also tried to up sell a rust coating package claiming incorrectly that the vehicle was never undercoated. I won't be returning to Mr. Lube.
