While the car was being filled he washed and dried the front and rear windshields. He then checked the oil; he showed us the dip stick, said it was at a safe level (didn't try and sell us an un-needed quart of oil that would over fill crank case causing more problems) and said the oil looked clean. I knew he was truthful because I had just had the oil changed about 2 weeks ago before we began our journey from Ohio to St. John, NB, Canada. This service station is easy to drive to with easy on and off of the New York Through Way at the Utica North/Downtown exit. I highly recommend this service station if you want FULL SERVICE or want to relive a nostolgic part of America's traveling past.

We loaded up with snacks and drinks for a roadtrip back to the city and everything was as you would expect. Not only were the cashiers super friendly but one guy working the coffee machines let me have my coffee for free because "the red light is on, the coffee is passed it prime" lol that still tickles me thinking back on it. And to top it off, the coffee was fine! Would definitely come back next time we're in Utica.

I had not been to this store in a few years, so it has been remodeled to be more of a cafe and gas station. In after waiting for a minute I walked over to where I saw the two ladies standing (who names are Pam and Carpe). O had to address them because one was making sandwiches and Pam was looking at papers which was right next to the food and drinking a juice. I finally said Good morning and then Pam said yes, I than asked her where are the prices and menu for the smoothies? She pointed over to the side of the counter. I then reviewed it and said let me get a tea. I look up there were people standing in line which no one said anything to them. Carpe then said Pan can you get them as she was putting food on the shelf. Pam then walk up to the register never acknowledging the fact that they had been waiting in line with no acknowledgment or no apology.
