This is my neighborhood Circle K but this I just can't stand. I got there maybe around 3:30 pm. The gas price sign, the one that was working as both signs have been off for a while, said $3.19 for credit and $3.09 for Easy Pay. I pulled into the pump and the pump price was $3.39 and would be $3.29 with Easy Pay. I checked a few other pumps and it was the same. I thought how can they have one price on the sign and a significant markup on the pump. I thought there was a law about that. What a rip-off or maybe lying about gas prices is now a thing too. He comes over now with his little post notes and says that the regular gas is out. Oh now you tell me after the meter ran at least 4 gallons over what it should have. I tried to explain but he was zero listening to what I, the customer had just experienced. I mean who has ever had that happen to them with the owner (he said) standing there and having again zero concern that I was being cheated by his pumps. I left very angry but came back 20 minutes later realizing that I didn't get a receipt and took a picture of the pump. By this time the "owner" had left. I left a verbal message with whoever was behind the counter. I immediately called my credit card company and put in a disputed charge.
