Apparently the cashier felt that the 25 min i spent in the parking lot and in the establishment purchasing several items was way to long for me to be there and stated I was loitering and needed to move on. I explained that I was just finishing up my cigarette, which by the way i was not smoking at a gas pump or near any other patrons of the establishment, and I would be on my way. She then stated if I wasn't gone in 5 min since I am "loitering" she was going to call the cops on me. I was not bothering anyone I was keeping to myself. They were not even busy so I wasn't taking up a needed parking spot. I have never been treated so disrespectful before at a gas station. It's not like its a respected retail establishment it's a gas station. These people are ridiculous and I highly recommend driving another mile or 2 down the road where I am sure the would treat their elders with more common courtesy.

And inside of the store is definitely a plus now.. Food seems not to be soggy and temps are up to a good temp! Cold enough temps to pick up a cold one after work on the weekends. I usually only get gas at night and frequently only run into one employee a wiser religious gentlemen awesome to talk to and is never on his phone nor seems to be bothered if you need assistance with anything. This Shell is actually the only gas station that I can recall that does this, and it is mighty annoying. I really don't need to hear the bs early in the morning or when I'm in a rush. Just let me pump my gas and get on my way, please. I'm also not really a fan of gas stations that charge for air. Give me a break. It's air. It used to be free here, too. Ok, your machine costs you money to buy and upkeep, I get it. But if you have free air, I'm more likely to buy your gas. That's how you can make money off of me, not from a few quarters to fill my tires in a pinch or an emergency. It gives me warm and fuzzy feelings to know that if my tire is low, the station around the corner has me covered without having me dig around for quarters that I never carry. The gas prices are usually ok, but even so, this Shell is a last resort gas station for me. With the QT's that have popped up, who have quiet pumps, free air, clean stores, and reasonably priced gas, I'd rather just go to one of them and give them my money. They're more deserving.

This store also has a ton of favors of brewed teas. They're all pretty good, and very refreshing on hot Tucson days! The store itself is usually very clean, inside and out. It's actually one of the cleanest QT's in town, and most are generally clean. The staff is very friendly. The store is always well stocked with all kinds of drinks, ice cream bars/sandwiches, candy, etc. The griller food always looks fresh and it smells yummy, and they have lots of condiments to go with it all. If I want to clean the windshield the buckets are never empty. The gasoline brand is Shell. The convenience store for this station is a Giant brand store. The employees are friendly and the store is very clean and nice. This location is open 24 hours. It is located on the corner of Oracle Rd and Rancho Vistoso Blvd just behind the Rancho Vistoso entrance sign.
