There was limited parking and we saw some cars parked alongside the Denny's. We decided to park there since there was no sign that says no parking and the curb was not red. After the show, we came back to realize our car was gone. The workers at Shell called a Tow Truck to remove our car. The service they used brought it to a facility that is not open on weekends. We live in Phoenix and now we have to wait until Monday (it's Saturday) to get our car back, and the workers at Shell simply did not care less. We explained our situation and they just yelled back saying they didn't care. Terrible customer service, and truly just the worst human beings I have ever met. Please save yourself the trouble and never come here. Truly disgusted with the workers and atmosphere.

I wasn't really expecting much since the whole wash took less than 5 mins but I had to get rid of the pink turds and just pulled into the gas station when I saw the washer. It sorta rained 25 drops a day later (of course) and the slick wax kept the car from getting spotty. There was I think highchair back there it was a mess in this little hallway, no signs indicating that they weren't available. There was no sign on the front door, saying no public restrooms. So there was and I had to stand in line to ask for the restroom key. Two people were working the front and the guy in front of me was buying some cigarettes or something, but no one even acknowledged me or anything. I didn't have anything in my hands. I figure when there's two people working then maybe two people could be working the cash registers since they're both standing behind the counter... when I asked, they very rudely told me that there's no public bathroom and I told him I had to go really badly. I almost asked them. Where do you go to the bathroom because I would like to go there. It would be really easy to put a sign up on both of the doors saying out of order and a sign on the door saying public restroom is currently out of order. I stopped in looking for some bourbon and wasn't disappointed! The staff warmly greeted me when I came in - like a local. I like to collect bourbon and headed for that section. It's far from the largest, but it was well-curated. I went for a Journeyman Distillery Featherbone Bourbon Whiskey and a local selection - Whiskey Del Bac Dorado American single malt. The same theme carried on in the vodkas, gin, tequila, and so on. They had a good selection of craft brews and all the other carbonated things brewers are making these days. If you're looking for wine, they have some good selections, but not all that many to choose from. While it does feel slightly seedy with bars on the doors, a gate around the store, and a few homeless/intoxicated people in the area, I never felt like I was in any danger. Lastly, I have no idea what reviewer B B. was talking about. Maybe they've changed things since that review, but that did not describe my experience.
