QuikTrip is my go-to gas station stop, especially when I'm on the road I'll choose a QT over other fuel stations...heres why... Their locations are set up pretty consistently, so when you walk in, you already know where everything is. If I park on the left side of the building, the restrooms are usually right there, which makes it easy when I'm traveling. Their pumps are always well maintained. I don't think I've ever stopped at a QuikTrip where the receipt paper was out or the pump wasn't working. There are trash cans and well stocked window-washing stations at every pump. It's small details like that that make the stop quick and efficient. Inside, the employees are always friendly and on top of things. The cashiers ring people up from either side of the counter so the line moves fast, even during busy times. The stores are consistently clean, organized, and easy to navigate. Another thing I appreciate is the sense of safety. I rarely see people lingering around outside or approaching customers at the pumps. When you're in an unfamiliar area and stepping out of your car, that matters more than people realize. I also choose QuikTrip because they are one of the few places that carry Fresca. Overall, QuikTrip is reliable, clean, efficient, and has great employees. It's an easy choice when I'm driving and need a quick, safe stop. read more

Driving through Arizona and needed gas and the ladies room. Gas pumps were clean and worked. The restrooms were clean and served their purpose. As for the staff they were busy stocking but not friendly. Even after I said hello and gave my best masked smile, nothing. read more

The restroom was dirtier than I am used to seeing at a QT but the pump area was well lit and maintained. Inside was bright and cheery, and full of police officers (must be near a substation). Gas was also considerably less than in the valley, by about fifty cents which is to be expected. Most importantly it's super easy to get in and out of if you are heading west. You don't feel like you are putting your cars lIfe in your hands getting through the parking lot which is a plus. read more

This QuikTrip is not only the newest in town, but it's also the newest of their store models. While I'm a fan of all QT's, this generation is the most modern with all of the bells and whistles one could possibly want and need in a convenience store. Tons of fountain drinks and slush-type drinks, a large freshly brewed tea area (with so many flavors), coffee galore, a big pastry case (try the Orange Dreamsicle donut mmm), etc. We recently had the opportunity to attend a QT private tasting event at this location which featured their new "QT Kitchens" made-to-order menu. This menu is brand new, and has been rolling out to all stores in Tucson and around the country. Some stores in town did not have a kitchen, while some had a kitchen with a small menu. All stores have been or will be remodeled to fit the new and improved kitchen/menu. The new menu has a pretty good variety, with a lot of items that you don't really see at typical fast food restaurants. We were told that this is a big part of their concept. We didn't get to try everything since our tummies got full fast, but we did get to try a lot of stuff. I'll start with the breakfast items on their menu, the Kolaches. I've never had a Kolache before, so I'm not entirely sure how authentic they are to the cultural food of their namesake, but I can say that the bacon, egg, and cheese kolache at QT is pretty good. It's egg and cheese wrapped in dough with bacon on the top. All of it gets toasted. The dough is the star. It was just a tad sweet, which helped to balance the saltiness of the bacon. It was tasty and handheld (for lack of better words) to take on the go. My husband went for the sandwiches, in particular, the American Bacon Cheddar. It's like a grilled cheese sandwich with bacon. Said ingredients were put together and melted on a toasted sourdough. The sourdough was thick and pretty hearty. The flavors were good, but maybe it could have used just a tad more cheese to get more of that grilled cheese feel. It was a pretty big sandwich though, definitely a good sized meal. We also sampled some of their flatbreads. My favorite was the Chicken, Bacon & Ranch. Actually, this was my favorite item of the day. The chicken was diced and put inside of a softish flatbread with Swiss, cheddar, bacon, and finished off with some yummy ranch. It was creamy and tasty and addicting! I refuse to admit how many times I went back to that sample tray. My husband enjoyed the Spicy BBQ Steak flatbread more. Actually, we were both surprised by how good it was. I'm usually really skeptical about steak anything when it's served anywhere other than at a nice steakhouses or at a cheesesteak place. This steak wasn't a filet mignon or anything, but it was decent. Very tasty, actually. The best part was the crispy jalapeños, though! Those added a great crunch and a nice flavor. Really great idea for this kind of item. We tried their pizza just to be thorough. It was good, and definitely better than the pizza at some of our local restaurants here in town. It seems like it would be the messiest item to try to eat in the car, though. We went overboard with sampling their drinks. My husband especially. He looooved the blueberry lemonade. We tried all three flavors which also included regular lemonade and strawberry, but the blueberry was the best. It was also the least sweet of the three. The strawberry was a tad too sweet for me, but it was still nice and refreshing. I really liked the latte. Again, a tad on the sweet side, but it was a refreshing coffee drink. I'd definitely order this again. And the whole process was made simple with their computers that do the ordering for you. Just tap on the screen what you want, and it'll be made. Easy. And another plus -- everything is really reasonably priced! Overall, we tried a lot of stuff and liked basically everything. We never would have considered a convenience store for a quick bite to eat, but this menu changes that. I go to QT after my shopping trip every week and usually hit a coffee shop for a drink after that, but now I can just pick up food/coffee at QT and enjoy it just the same. read more

I love QT!! I swear it is a destination. Anything you want to find is there. I have to say I was on yelp a couple years ago, and have been taking pictures inside QT's for years. Today I was told it is corporate policy no pictures inside. (so be warned!! lol). They are worried other competitors will see their store. Ummmm...that would be a viable argument....if.......it was not a PUBLIC store that any competitor can walk into and see.. If I was a Circle K manager, I SURE would be checking out QT inside, because they are the one to beat!!! Circle K can not hold a candle to QT, Their innovation and variety is amazing. I'm writing about the QT Kitchen on Power and University in Mesa AZ. The employee that works the kitchen (today 10/13/2020 - 8:15AM) is the worst employee there. Every time I stop there for an egg, cheese, and sausage burrito, I never get what I pay for from her. I order from the menu (and pay for) expecting a freshly made burrito and instead she gives me one that was made earlier wrapped in aluminum. Today was really special. Instead of an egg and sausage I got an egg and bacon. I guess she thinks she knows what's best for people. As long as she is there, I can not recommend their Kitchen as a place to stop. read more

You already know that QuikTrip has some of the lowest gas prices around and, if you have ever gone into a QuikTrip, you know the stores are clean and the clerks friendly and helpful. But did you know that QuikTrip has (or a store near you soon will) hot, made to order foods, specialty coffee drinks and frozen drinks like shakes and smoothies? From a convenience store? Yes, that's right. This store is the first of it's kind in town, but other stores will soon follow. It's, of course, a sort of limited menu, but all of it's made to your order and not sitting on a roller or under a heat lamp. QuikTrip was kind enough host a private event to allow us to sample some items. I couldn't try everything but here's what I had: Pretzels - some of the other QT's already have these. I know, because I have had one before. They are super fresh and soft. Add cheese or sauce of your choice for a couple of quarters and you have a perfect snack. Personal Pizza - this surprised me the most because my expectations were low. The crust was really good and the sauce pretty tasty. You can even build your own and get what you want on it. Flatbreads and Quesadillas - Four different kinds. I tried the Spicy BBQ Steak Flatbread and tasted my daughter's Chicken Quesadilla, which was a little too spicy for her. Both were good but I liked the steak one better and would get it again. Toasted Sandwiches - mostly grilled cheese type stuff. I got the American Bacon Cheddar. While it was good, it was a little hard to eat, but that's maybe because I was holding a really good chocolate shake too and standing up. No way I could finish it all, because I was trying to sample as much as I could. Kolaches - these strangely named little breakfast items have sausage or bacon and egg wrapped in a slightly sweet dough. These were probably my least favorite item. Maybe they're just not for me. I don't think any of the items were over $5. If you are on the go and looking for for a cheap lunch or snack, need a pick me up or an ice cream fix, give 'em a try. read more

Seriously like fricking Disney Land! Puts all other gas stations to shame!!! Where to even start?! (Prepare for lots of exclamation marks!) Food: they have your typical hotdogs and grillers but the station is so nice and clean an has great toppings like different types of mustards and relishes! Plus they even have unique things like egg rolls and sweet and sour sauce! Everything is kept so nice and organized because any other gas station I would refuse to eat the grillers at! They also have a great fresh assortment of doughnuts, muffins, sandwiches, fruit and yogurt and salads. Plus of course tons of chips, candy, and energy bars. The kitchen: open till 10 they have a little kitchen where they serve made to order pizza, pretzels, sandwiches and more! Even shakes, smoothies, iced coffees! Oh and did I mention I could live off of their multi verity pretzels! I sware they should pay me to advertise those fricking pretzels. And drinks: tons of soda and slushies, different milks, energy drinks I've never even heard of, lemonaid, brewed icetea, a crazy coffee selection and even whipped cream!!!!! This place is like a magical wonderland of conveniences. First off, it's huge. I mean, over a dozen flavors of slushees alone huge. There is a coffee section with about 20 flavors of creamer. You can order a custom decaff mocha. That is a HUGE plus for me. They have fresh taquitos, hotdogs, sausages, pizza, flat breads, you name it. Everything is clean. I mean spotless. Even the bathrooms are clean. Everyone is very friendly and will chat with you. Never experienced rude staff. Their baked goods... Oh my goodness... The maple roll. Get a maple roll. Now. Just do it. It's under $1, what do you have to lose? You can get refills on a HUGE drink for $0.50 and add flavors. I love getting a giant diet Dr. Pepper with extra vanilla. There is just nothing wrong with this place. If you need something to eat, they have it. They even have tasty egg rolls! This is the only convenience store I'll go to. read more

I'm the biggest QT fan EVER. I can't tell you how stoked I was that this one opened up on the right side of the road, right along my morning commute to work! This location has been one disappointment after another. Usually you can expect higher-than-normal intelligence from QT employees, but the people working at this one are idiots. Can't count change, can't answer questions, stand right in your way while having a personal conversation.... it's the kind of stuff you expect at a Circle K, not a QT! They installed this fancy station just for iced tea, and the ice maker has gone from bad to worse in the time since they opened. It works about half the time, and about half of that time it dispenses the correct type of ice. I generally end up having to walk across the store three times in order to get my beverages (first world problem, I know, but I'm speaking comparatively.... this is a CONVENIENCE store) Nearly every morning that I want a slushy, highly-processed sugar/coffee beverage, the machine is down, or dispenses non-frozen liquid. I'll admit a guilty obsession with those rolled taquito things, but I don't buy them from this location anymore because I've purchased them three times (breakfast of champions!), only to arrive at my destination and find them filled with substances I can't consume because the employees had yet again mislabeled the spinning rods containing the chicken ones. I hope this location gets better! If not, I'm finding a different QT.... 10/14/15 Update: If anything, it's gotten worse. I go out of my way to avoid this location now. SAD PANDA!!! read more

This is a brand new extremely nice facility and very conveniently located at a major intersection. Their prices are always some of the lowest. Coming from the S.F. Bay Area it's actually dirt cheap as we consistently pay almost $1.00 more per gallon. Insane!!!! The kicker is that the refineries are right there, but the People's Republic of California of course has the highest gasoline tax in the nation, crippling business regulations, and high business costs. read more

Have bought there fried chicken 3 times from 3 different stores around marshfield terrible. Heavy coating could hardly eat it. Breading was way to thick and uncooked doughy. There roasting temperature seems to high cooking chicken almost turned into mush like. I know there new to this but there was more uncooked breading then chicken read more

I needed to use the bathroom so I came in to QuikTrip. It was the cleanest gas station bathroom I have ever seen. They also had a very stocked chips/snacks selection, and a million other food choices. If you find yourself in Tucson, stop on by. The counter help is friendly and helpful. Some of the food service help needs retraining. Twice I have had to ask employees To wash their hands when they came from another place in the store. Today the employee washed his hands and handed me the item he made before he washed. I haven't had this problem at any other QT store except Irvington. read more

Ever since I have discovered QuikTrip Circle K has become dead to me. It's so clean and they have an awesome kitchen. Their breakfast pizza is amazing, which is crazy since this a gas station. The place is well lit at night and clean, which generally keeps the sketchy people away that flock around Circle K.
