There was limited parking and we saw some cars parked alongside the Denny's. We decided to park there since there was no sign that says no parking and the curb was not red. After the show, we came back to realize our car was gone. The workers at Shell called a Tow Truck to remove our car. The service they used brought it to a facility that is not open on weekends. We live in Phoenix and now we have to wait until Monday (it's Saturday) to get our car back, and the workers at Shell simply did not care less. We explained our situation and they just yelled back saying they didn't care. Terrible customer service, and truly just the worst human beings I have ever met. Please save yourself the trouble and never come here. Truly disgusted with the workers and atmosphere.

I spent $7 in the Valero autowash and some bad stuck n dry birdbombs got powered away by the power spray and rollers real well. I wasn't really expecting much since the whole wash took less than 5 mins but I had to get rid of the pink turds and just pulled into the gas station when I saw the washer. It sorta rained 25 drops a day later (of course) and the slick wax kept the car from getting spotty. It looked better than some handwashes I've had and I didn't have to interact with a human or worry about a car wash worker stealing my shit (haven't you see those episodes of Dateline!) This franchise is definitely copying the QT model of making their gas stations flashier and moving away from the old "Perfect spot for a late night parking lot drug deal because no one will chase you away while you're waiting an hour for your guy to drop off the stuff" look of the old stores. And they even hired a security guard to stand at the door just in case anyone gets any unsavory ideas. The gas pumps at this new location now accept ApplePay. I never thought in a million years that the creepy old building would ever be upgraded to do that! And the food deals are phenomenal. I saw a sign outside telling me that if I bought one gas station hot dog I could get another hot dog for just one dollar! That's not even money! But the best part - the most glorious part - is the clean public restroom! You won't have to gamble here as to whether it's one of the Circle Ks that have restrooms and then end up with the employees telling you there are none but then where do the employees go to the restroom? Huh? This Circle K is a refreshing addition to the area and feels like we're moving on up a bit...and possibly even modernizing the community in the near future. Minus one star for raising the property values in the neighborhood though. That's probably gonna hike up some rents.

There was I think highchair back there it was a mess in this little hallway, no signs indicating that they weren't available. There was no sign on the front door, saying no public restrooms. So there was and I had to stand in line to ask for the restroom key. Two people were working the front and the guy in front of me was buying some cigarettes or something, but no one even acknowledged me or anything. I didn't have anything in my hands. I figure when there's two people working then maybe two people could be working the cash registers since they're both standing behind the counter... when I asked, they very rudely told me that there's no public bathroom and I told him I had to go really badly. I almost asked them. Where do you go to the bathroom because I would like to go there. It would be really easy to put a sign up on both of the doors saying out of order and a sign on the door saying public restroom is currently out of order. No ventilation in Shower stall 1 so the air goes no where when you shower. Literally could not see the door from the shower because the steam just stacked even with the fan on full. Toiled should be replaced due to being broken and being held up by a box. I had an accident in a restroom once for a fixture falling off the wall and I def do not want anyone else to experience this.
