They are around on the side that faces Carmel Rd. The footprint of the store is pretty small, but they have a surprising amount of pool supplies (chemicals, etc) packed into a small space. Several times I have called to see if they have a part or chemical in stock and have gotten an answering machine. However, they have been good about returning my call when I left a message.

I emailed and didn't receive a response then called after she continued to not brush our pool and we have calcium buildup on our stone and we were still being charged the full monthly cost. The owner Craig called me, never apologized but sure wanted to tell me about how cleaning the calcium would be an extra charge, something the previous person removed before and said it would only cost extra if we had them seal it. Craig wanted to charge me more on top of a service that wasn't even being completed in full. I said I wanted to schedule pool school again so we could take over the care of our pool and he was supposed to have the other owner, Orlando, call me, but instead they decided to just not show up at all and no one bothered to call. The owner needs to learn to not deflect and make excuses and how to treat their customers! I received the attached response shortly after posting this review. I appreciate the refund, but not the insult about my "demeanor" and "vulgar language". As I said, calling me about the service not being done, but wanting only to talk to me about charging me more for something that didn't cost extra previously on top of not receiving all of the services we were supposed to, was indeed sh****, and that was the extent of my vulgar language. As for my demeanor, I didn't yell at you not once, but I'm sure my tone conveyed my frustration with the call, where the real issue was never addressed, only you seeking additional funds.

Then Thursday morning, he asked what time, I said outside of 1-2 PM, I am free any time, just give me a heads up when you're on your way. Said he would and then nothing. No text, didn't show up, didn't call. I can understand if things happen but, the expectation is communicating that. Pretty disrespectful as customers tend to need to work around their own schedules to accommodate these builders who overall don't seem to have respect for peoples' time. If you're not accepting work, don't say you will then never show up and waste peoples' time. When companies act this way for people who haven't given them any money yet, just imagine once they've got skin in the game.
