The new cashier was nice and called her shift manager. we were polite even tho we were worried. she offered free fountain drink while we waited. shift manager wouldn't get out of his car or speak to us. He called state troopers. we found out he towed our truck because it was parked two hours or more. He told state troopers that he did not want us back on the property. state troopers agreed with us and didn't understand why he didn't want us returning to that business. anybody else would of been rude and yelling when their vechicle was missing. we were polite and still banned. state trooper did offer my son and I ride home. This is not a family based business.

They contacted "Approved Towing" of Oneonta and they were there in about an hour. We need to tires for our Camper trailer due to the fact they both blew out at the same time. "Approved" went to get the tires and rims, all mounted, and came out with them in about 1 hour. Shortly there after we were on our way. "THANKS AGAIN APPROVED Towing". Great guy to work with, Definitely recommend if you need help. Price wasn't bad given the circumstances.
