I tried both the dark roast and the house blend. To my taste, the coffee seemed to be brewed at too high a temperature (above 90°C), which can extract excessive bitterness and astringency.

Only mishap was that it took about 45 minutes to get those 3 items and restaurant only had about two tables. Three stars because " SOCIAL MIX Garden Salad" mixed greens + carrots + tomato + house vinaigrette was tiny. And, it was $15!! Sort of insane for the tiny portion that I got. However, Best part of the food was the flourless cake.

The only Starbucks within over 50 miles…read more This is located on the SUNY Oneonta campus, definitely something for the school to be proud of. This Starbucks provides jobs for students and locals. The business hours are pretty long. It opens early, before the rest of the student union is open. It opens as early as the food halls at 7:30am on weekdays and does not close until 10PM. There are different hours on Saturday and Sunday. Starbucks is a great place to stop by after picking up a package, before watching a movie downstairs, a quick recharge while playing in the Dragon's Lair, or just as a pick me up before doing homework in the lounge. Bring your own cup/tumbler/mug! You're not only sustainable (yay!), but you also save money in the long run. The workers at Starbucks are pretty good with spelling names on this campus and do recognize you after a few months! It's a nice homey space. There are a lot of prepared foods and the staff always ask if you want food while you're ordering a drink. There are quite a few seats to do homework or chit chat with friends after picking up your drink. Cons: They DO NOT accept the birthday coupon here. And service can be slow in the beginning of the semester because they are training new baristas. Be patient! A great perk is that it is located on a Pokéstop!

I came in to the Dunkin' on Main Street on Wednesday morning at around 0730…read more For Starters, the people were very nice, however some did curse just a little bit. I placed my order in Store, as a Walk In. I ordered a Pumpkin Latte and. A Pumpkin Muffin. There was about 12 people in the store waiting for their orders to be fulfilled. Mobile Orders kept being done and Doordash orders... I figured since Morning Coffee was supposed to be fast as a walk in, and that I would be in and out in less than 5 minutes... I waited about 25 minutes before saying something, and I didn't want to say anything because I knew they were busy. I ended up asking them if they had an order for a Pumpkin Latte back there. They told me they are doing mobile orders, and that they are "sorry because they only have 1 person working on Walk In Orders..." I waited another 8 minutes before saying something again. They said that they would Refund my Muffin. They also told me they were really sorry. They accidentally made me a Iced Latte instead of the Hot one I originally ordered. so they let me keep the old one. And they also REMADE THE LATTE the right way! The Shift Supervisor, (I think her name was Court.) made things right and she made my coffee within30 seconds. She also told me to come back tomorrow for a Free Coffee. I came back Thursday and got My Iced half calf pumpkin Coffee within 1 minute of my arrival. The reason WHY I ranked it 4 stars, even though the Long wait time, was because they felt bad. And they apologized to the customer and everyone admitted fault. And I like a Business that takes Responsibility and Accountability when things aren't Perfect. There Human too, and they did everything they could to make it right. So thank you to the people who made it right.

On my second shift I was expected to know exactly every drink and every button on the register when I was barely trained to make the drinks or work the register. I was also yelled at for going to use the bathroom. Workers are not treated with respect whatsoever. And I never got my last shifts worth of tips and when I came into the store to contact the morning shift manager she wasn't responding. All in all it's not a clean environment and it's also not a friendly environment.
