After more than a decade of playing, I am thoroughly familiar with the lottery's rules, procedures, and submission process. Unfortunately, during this visit, I experienced an incident that was both deeply frustrating and profoundly disappointing. A Black female cashier attempted to process my lottery slip, but the machine repeatedly rejected it. Remaining professional and courteous, she politely asked me to rewrite the numbers in a different section of the slip, which I did while clearly marking the original section as void. Despite our efforts, the machine rejected the new entry once again. She then called over a white female employee from inside the store for assistance. The second employee also attempted to process the slip, yet the machine continued to reject it. Instead of addressing the issue appropriately, she proceeded; without my knowledge, permission, or consent; to choose entirely different numbers on my behalf and then attempted to charge me for them. I immediately refused. Her behavior throughout the interaction was dismissive, disrespectful, and shockingly unprofessional. To make matters worse, she abruptly instructed me to bring a new slip, despite the obvious malfunction and confusion surrounding the transaction. I am confident that both the the black cashier assisting me and the other customers present were surprised by the patience and composure I maintained throughout the ordeal. Nevertheless, I found the employee's conduct to be not only rude and unprofessional, but entirely unacceptable from a customer service standpoint. This was, without question, one of the most appalling and disrespectful customer service experiences I have ever encountered.

Getting back onto Donelson and headed back to the airport was okay enough in light traffic. In thicker traffic, you might want to drive another block so that you can use the traffic light to make a left and then a u-turn.

I've always said, since I first tried it -- Waffle House serves the worst coffee I've ever tasted. That is no longer true. No wonder they need flavored cream. I couldn't drink much of this coffee because it was so awful. The best thing I can say for it is it was brewed strong enough. The cup of coffee cost me less than two dollars except for the tax. That also was good. We live in New Orleans so I will not be returning to this place so they won't miss me.
