I am to come back if fails again, but not expected. I value the advice about steps I should take to pass the next test...advice you don't find in the owners manual. I also value the extended hours until 7 pm, M-F. I will return for regular maintenance, and pleased to have an alternative to dealer service that I trust but always the most expensive. The "waiting room," if you want to call it that, is an old car bench seat in the office, and you might have to share that with the resident dog. Their location isn't high traffic or convenient. It's out of town, next to a rock quarry and where they park the school buses in Franklin. They don't do any fancy ads or claim any special promos, and if you need a shuttle - you might have to arrange that in conjunction with school schedules and who is doing the lunch run. But if you want a trustworthy mechanic, who earns a fair and honest living for himself and his employees, but isn't driving a big fancy car and living in a McMansion, then this is your place.
