I go to this Kangaroo station every night on the way home. usually, i deal with trinity or samantha. and i love them., they are the best. give them a raise! however, I went to this market at about 1:30 AM, 6/26/17. the woman working the counter was outside smoking, and as soon as i said hello, she told me not to even enter the store because i was "drunk". now i live right down the road from said store, and i only wanted to buy a pack of smokes before heading home. i had been at the home of my friend, who also lives right down the road. i had one glass of whiskey at his house, because it was offered to me. and i drank this shot of whiskey over the course of an hour, so yeah i suppose it was on my breath... then, stopping by my last stop gas station, at which i am a loyal if not nightly customer, i was barred from even entering the door. for no reason other than that i wanted to spend money at said store, but apparently i was "drunk". so she kicked me out, right? so i drove home, which was only 30 sec away, and walked back. i walked in the front door and said ma'am, why were you so rude to me when i did nothing? and this - i wont say lady, because that would be innacurate- this bitch (pardon my french) literally pushed me out the door. to the Kangaroo powers-that-be, you can watch the video of her PUSHING ME OUT OF THE DOOR for no reason other than wanting to get a pack of smokes. i work in food service, so i understand what it is to have bad customers. and i strive not to be one. seriously, watch the videos of our interactions. i was polite, respectful, courteous, and i left when she made me. watch the videos. and fire that chick. she lost money on a loyal, consistent, respectful customer for no reason other than that i had had a glass of whiskey (which i normally never even drink). you can probably see the instance of her turning me away the first time, then physically pushing me the second time, when i WALKED from my house. to buy cigarettes. all i wanted was to buy smokes. i was polite, courteous, never rude even when this **ch PHYSICALLY PUSHED ME (look at your cameras), and your company lost a sale, even if it was only a small one. and when i walked back, telling her "i live here, i walked", she straight up called me a liar to my face. could i sue you for her laying hands on me when i did nothing to her? with the right lawyer, probably. don't worry, i won't. i aint that petty. but fire that.... person. read more
