The pour over would have taken a bit of time, so I opted for the drip with oat milk and sugar. The girl who mine and my brother's orders was very friendly. She let us take a smell of the coffee beans from Columbia; unique scent. Thankfully it tasted much better! The drinks came out quick and are reasonably priced. The wasn't much indoor seating, outside, there was more. Less people today, the weather was not too great, so we took it to go. And again, inside area was packed with little room. A guy was actually walking his two dogs and was going through the line on foot. Not something on the bingo card, but hats off to Third Way for accommodating. And me being me, I forgot my water bottle and they kept it behind the counter when I came back to get it later. They didn't answer the phone or return my message, but a small place, small staff, I can see how it might have slipped the mind. My brother lives nearby, was a bit hesitant on the area, but we were fine. The parking lot could use some pot holes filled but, that isn't why you come here. Coffee is smooth and freshly brewed. They don't ship these from Chicago or get them at warehouses like some of these other restaurants I know in town. Do yourself a favor and try Creme de la Creme Bakery for yourself.

Worth noting: this business has religious overtones to it with multiple Christian decor items around it. PROS: -Love the upstairs area. Upstairs, there were two separate rooms with good seating areas. Both offered enough privacy to feel like you were having a "private" conversation at the coffeehouse and you felt far enough away from the people on their laptops to feel like you weren't disturbing them with your conversations. -While some of the furniture "appears" older and classic, they have nice upgrades. A full-wood table, for example, had outlets built into the table for laptops. -Really friendly staff. We didn't know what to get, but they were really patient with us. -Decent parking around. This is in the busier area of Hilliard, but it's off the beaten path enough that there's decent parking within a one block radius. Lots of free parking options if you're willing to walk a couple blocks too. I didn't look for a dedicated parking lot. -Mini sizes of drinks. Coffee Connections seems to sell a "Mini", a "Small", and a "Large". The Mini appears to be about the size of a couple of espressos, and it's adorable. I could see that being a great size for kids who want to "have coffee like my parents" in a matching cup. -Delicious coffee. I know it's a coffeeshop, but sometimes the vibe is almost as important as the actual product. Coffee Connections has a lovely, small-business vibe but they also have the yummy, sippable coffee to match. Latte was served piping hot, and it was a pleasure to sit and chat while waiting for it to cool down to drink. -Cute outdoor area. A door right off the order counter takes you to their outdoor seating area. Coffee shops with outdoor seating are hard to find, and this one even has beautiful lights strung up for you late-night coffee drinkers. It honestly feels like it'd be a super-cute date night spot in the evenings. CONS: -Built into an older home, Coffee Connections has smaller hallways and older flooring. Nothing seemed dangerous uneven, but if you need lots of space and flat flooring to maneuver, this may not be a good fit.

Although the interior space is cute and has a nice vibe, the space is limited and not ideal for large groups (OK for 2 people). This cafe is located on High Street just north of the bright orange "Fomo" sign. I enjoyed making this part of my early morning ritual of exercise, walking in Goodale Park, and getting a cup of caffeinated bliss before starting each day of the conference.
