I came in to order a panini and had the pleasure of checking out with Justin. He was very friendly & outgoing and helpful during checkout. When I was waiting on my food, I saw Dion making what looked like gourmet drinks. The drinks he was making looked so good that I decided to go back and place another order for one for myself. My hands are full at the time and Justin was kind enough to go on the tablet and place the order for me. Overall this was a 10/10 experience. Every Wawa location needs a Justin & Dion!

I go to WaWa mainly for their drinks, gas, snacks, and muffins. Customer service is meh (sometimes…read moregood and sometimes bad) and the store is a bit filthy at times. I don't know why I always think the food items would be good but they're honestly not. The last visit was the final straw in trying their food items. I ordered a tuna salad sandwich. It took almost 45 minutes just to get the sandwich and the workers there looked like they didn't want to be there. They legit stopped and stared at us for a few times while we were waiting. The sandwich is huge but that's about it. I had the tuna salad sandwich with lettuce, mayo, bacon, and tomato. Everything was flavorless. The sandwich was soggy and the tuna salad was lukewarm and watered down. I could not for the life of me, taste any seasoning on it. I even added salt and pepper and it did not make the sandwich any better. The bacon was also soggy and not crispy at all. It was very unpleasant experience. Their drinks are pretty good and we usually get their iced matcha drinks or iced coffee drinks. I do like that you can order on the pad and there's many customizable options.

If I wrote a review for every Racetrac that I've been to, however, then I wouldn't have time to write about anywhere else, so I stick to the locations that stand out. This particular one is definitely a keeper, and here's why.... Exterior: The lot is impeccably clean and though there are a ton of gas pumps, there's ample space to maneuver around. The outside seating area is gorgeous and sizable in comparison to some restaurants that I've been to. Electrical outlets are abundant and convenient for the "coffee in one hand, laptop in the other" types, and a sea of tables to sit and greedily consume your meal, fro-yo, or, of course... donuts (guiltily raises hand). Interior: They've got it allllll covered here, no oversights. From the vast assortment of coffees, and coffee drinks, to the baked goods, to the pizza shop where pizza is made to order, to the fro-yo and toppings station, and even additional space to add a bar and dance floor if they wanted to. There are several coolers dedicated to beer and even one just for wine. It's like the "model home" for RaceTracs. It's smack in the middle of Argyle, and though it may be out of the way for a lot of you, and a bit trafficky in the afternoons, I fully endorse this particular RaceTrac and recognize the efforts made to not only be aesthetically pleasing to it's customers, but to be the ultimate all-in-one location. The neighbors have dealt with a bit too much commercial development. But the staff has always been friendly, and the store is typically clean. We've been 4 or 5 times this summer for the free Swirl world for 12 and under and $3 flat rate for others deal. Sadly, it came to an end today but we had one last Swirl. We kept calling it FroYo, but is actually primarily soft serve ice cream and sorbet. Flavors include a blue raspberry sorbet, dragons blood sorbet, vanilla, chocolate, cookies and cream and ice cream sandwich. The topping bar includes gummies, nerds, caramel sauce, chocolate sauce, pineapple, strawberries, blueberries, coconut flakes, granola, nuts, and a variety of crumbled cookies and candy bars. Unfortunately, the staff often didn't keep up with cleaning the topping area after so many people, and they regularly were out of toppings. Today, they had most of them in stock, and the area was only minimally messy. Staff were friendly as usual. And we won't be back as often with the normal price pretty high, but we'll look for more deals!

Wish the parking lot was alot bigger, though. I've almost gotten run over numerous times from people flying out of the Dunkin drive-through and gas pumps.

The Dunkin Donuts hasn't been bad for service, but the last time I was here I had the lemon croissant donut and it was a very tough and dry dough. I'm thinking it was over cooked and old. We stopped by this gas station I went to their restroom to wash my hands and my face to kinda wake myself up and I put my wallet on top of hand sanitizer. Completely unaware of it I left. After driving 1 hour and half we needed to stop and get gas I have realized I left my wallet and where and I start to panic my whole pay and my cash was there it was big amount. Finally my husband called them and reach them they were nice enough to find it and hold it for me. I was already prepared to believe my cash is gone but when we got there I open my wallet my whole wallet the cash the cards everything was there just the way I left it. I can't even thank them enough. Thank you for the manager who found my wallet and kept it for me this means a lot to me. We need more people like this on this earth.
