I was threatened and cussed at for asking why I was given $22 for my $25 lottery scratch off winning. I had 2-$5 scratch off that should have paid a total of $15 and 1-$10 scratch off that should have paid $10 for a total of $25. I was explaining to the cashier that $5 scratch off doesn't pay $2 wins and that the lowest amount paid in a scratch off is whatever the scratch off cost. $5 tickets lowest paid is $5, not $2. She said that she can only give me what the machine told her. While we were having this mild conversation another employee told me to take the $22 and get the F out of the store before he punch me in the face. #1. Being shorted $3 is not my issue although this store needs to be investigated cause if they are taking $3 here and there from customers lottery winning they should not be working there. #2. How and why would an associate raise their voice and tell a customer who is asking respectfully for an explanation to get out before he punch me in the face.
