This place is a complete dump. Completely disorganized, dirty, cashiers eating constantly behind the counter. Avoid if possible.

If you really love caffeine, you can even order a 34-ounce iced coffee bucket. It's a bold option and definitely stands out. They offer beans from places like Colombia, Ethiopia, Costa Rica, Guatemala, and Brazil. You can pick the bean you want for your drink, or buy some to roast yourself at home. During my visit, I ordered a harvest latte with almond milk and an egg, and cheese croissant. I'll start with the win: the latte. It was thoughtful, balanced, and the clear highlight of the visit -- easily the reason I'd return. The croissant didn't stand out as much. It's premade and reheated in the microwave, which is not my personal favorite. The sandwiches taste fresh, and they are handed to you warm, but I wouldn't come back specifically for breakfast. Even though I stopped in on a busy Sunday morning, the wait was short, which I appreciated. The service felt a bit reserved. It wasn't unfriendly, just not especially warm. That might have been because of the steady rush, not a lack of care. Overall, it's a good coffee shop. I wouldn't take it off my list; the prices are fair, and the coffee is good.

The space itself looks like an older Caribou location that's been renovated, with a casual vibe and plenty of seating options. They also offer food like breakfast items and sandwiches, which is a plus. The coffee was just fine overall, but the sesame latte was a miss for me. It tasted like straight sesame seed grounds and was very gritty. It didn't seem mixed well and was honestly hard to drink. The staff was friendly but also felt a bit distant at the same time. Service wasn't rude, but it didn't feel especially warm or welcoming either, almost like they didn't really want you to be there. Parking can be a little tricky right out front, but there are usually plenty of spots available in the main strip mall area nearby Trader Joe's. Overall, it's clear this place is very popular and busy, and I may have just caught it on an off day. Decent space and lots of options, but the drink and service didn't fully win me over on this visit.

There is a small parking lot on the side of the building and they had a cute sign out front. They are located on a somewhat busy street, so this could make or break some of their business. Ambiance: Inside was huge! This would be a great place to meet with a small group as they have different areas inside to sit and converse. It wasn't very busy when we were there but it was around 1 on a Tuesday. They have a bakery, ice cream counter and boba. They had a bakery case that looked really tasty, so we decided to get 3 items to share. - Lemon macaron - perfection and had a gooey chewiness. We could eat a ton of these. - Eclair - I don't think I've ever had an eclair and now I am questioning why! It was chilled and the perfect amount of filling to outside pastry. The chocolate falls off when you bite it, so eat over a napkin to not lose any pieces. - Chocolate croissant or pastry. I think it was Nutella and it was incredible! Flakey, gooey and everything you'd want it to be. I'm sure you could warm it up and it would elevate it further. Yum! We both got a fruit tea and it was a lot. Sadly, I wouldn't get again as it was too sweet and my boba tasted like ramen noodles. (It actually made me hungry for ramen). My teen got the strawberry milk tea and even said it was sickly sweet and she needed the ice to sit. Overall, I didn't love the boba... but I would recommend the pastry! They also had some decadent looking muffins and cake slices. If in the neighborhood, stop in! I think they should make a Macaron ice cream sandwich! The woman that helped us was so sweet and patient while we took forever to decide what we wanted.

Ethan also showed me some resources to help research cards and synergies and start deckbuilding which was soooo helpful and really makes the game a lot more approachable than I had initially thought it might be. Also grabbed a coffee while I was here--my americano was reasonably priced, the espresso was great, and the barista, whose name I didn't catch, was super friendly! Lots of tables and space to sit--they were running a Commander event while I stopped in but during a non-event time I can see it being a great spot to hang out and casually play with friends, or even just sit and do some work if I'm in the area. I had the Pistachio latte, the carrot cakes, and a side of loaded hash browns. What I loved most about it was that it wasn't overly sweet like I've found is the case with other nearby breakfast restaurants. The host was very kind to us, and we were helped in a timely manner. I didn't feel hovered, and I didn't feel ignored. Just the perfect amount of service. I enjoyed the atmosphere as well. As someone on the spectrum, I always worry about the place being overstimulating when I go out to eat, but instead I was graced with a temper volume with the music, subtle cooking noises under the murmur of people casually chatting. Nothing is better than eating brunch around leafy greenery and a barista aesthetic. I came here for a nice start to my 3 year anniversary, and that's exactly what I experienced. We'll definitely be back soon!

The bar became busy making drinks and it took a little longer for our food order which was okay. What wasn't okay was that there was an off duty worker seated at the bar as well and that person had a single server spend an extended amount of time chit chatting with them while the rest of the workers were visibly stressed and busy. There was a single guest sitting next to me that was being ignored over this conversation. After about 20 minutes of the server coming back and forth to talk with this person the floor manager came up to the server and off duty worker and stated "I don't even want to fucking hear it" with an anxious smile. I'm not sure in what context that was said but I think it's inappropriate to be using that language on the floor surrounded by customers. That did prompt the server to get back to work. It would be nice to see each customer receive that amount of attention that server reserved for their friend to create a new community where even solo customers feel welcomed.

However, I ordered a half decaf half regular coffee with heavy cream. They had to brew the decaf (no problem). But, they forgot about my order and I had to remind them. Then, they couldn't find the heavy cream, eventually telling me that they were out. This was not the case. How do I know? Well, my wife had, 7 minutes earlier, ordered a drink with heavy cream and there was a big bottle of it. Remember, I was sitting there for a long time as my order had been forgotten and no one after me ordered heavy cream. Anyway, none of this experience would have warranted 2 stars. I'm a gracious and forgiving reviewer. The next morning, our cashier was about as friendly as bobcat with a case of gonorrhea. That was inexcusable. Though, the impact of her rudeness was blunted by the staff's ability to successfully locate the previously missing heavy cream. I'll will be giving this place another shot in the morning, only because it's the only coffee near my hotel. My fingers are crossed that I get the friendly, and now more experienced, cashier AND they can locate the heavy cream.
