I am disabled, so it's very convenient for me to be able to get my receipt at the pump. However,…read morethe pump printers at this Marathon station have been broken for most of the summer. When I went in to the office to get my receipt last week, I asked the clerk if they were ever going to fix their printers. I was met with a verbal barrage of "I'm only one person.....here, take your receipt and leave !....." plus a few other choice, condescending, comments. Must have been a bad day for her, but there was no call to be so rude. I've been buying my fuel here for decades, but if that's how the management wants to treat customers, I will never return. Our former neighbor, who once owned this station, would have been horrified, I'm sure.

I had two different sale associates literally pounding on the door and windows to get someone to help me and they were ignored also. One of the sales associates even called a manager to try to get help and that accomplished nothing. I ended up walking out with nothing. Absolutely pathetic. The overhead lights seemed dimmer than at other GetGo gas stations. I didn't not check out the inside but from the outside it also looked not really up to brand. It didn't feel unsafe, but it definitely felt rundown and poorly managed. Gas prices here were about 20 cents higher than at the other gas stations. I was too tired to look for any other nearby gas stations. The gas station is conveniently located pretty close to the highway so it was a plus. If you're in a rush, it'll do. But if you've got options, I'd recommend finding a cleaner, more functional station nearby. GetGo usually does better--but this one felt like it was running on fumes.
