Slowest pharmacy pickup I think I've ever experienced. The woman at the window was East Indian or something similar, and I just couldn't understand her heavy accent. Worse, she and another worker dithered in conversation with each other before she finally told me they had no money in the drawer to give me change--at 9:30, half hour after opening. She said it would be a minute before the man arrived with the money, then admitted more likely 5 minutes. After losing my temper and telling her it was ridiculous, I dug in my purse for exact change. She kept pushing around my coins in her hand until it became apparent that she couldn't count US coins. I will only return if no other store has my drug except them. read more

Always looks like pharmacists are constantly overworked, multitasking and shortstaffed while exercising extreme precision in prescription filling & tending to endless irate customers, phone ringing. Need a customer service only person at desk & let Dr and pharmacy staff actually do their job. Switching pharmacies. Unorganized, long wait times, I've tried picking up prescription 3 times this week.. 1x they didn't have my doctor request, 2nd time.... 20 min waiting in a long line, had to leave to go back to work and 3rd time.on my lunch break , their system was " down" On top of all that.... they've reduced their hours - so if you work 8-5 - good luck.. still w/ out my meds read more

This has got too be the most incompetent bunch of idiots. The pharmacist will not answer call. They never have my medication. This is the worst pharmacy every. I was on hold for 25 minutes then they hung up on me. Will be transferring my prescriptions too another pharmacy. This was this places last chance. Do not use this pharmacy. I've been going to this pharmacy for over 15 years. Up until the last year the service has been excellent. Due to short staffing and poor management the store is gone down the drain. Whenever you call the pharmacy you are on a 20 minute hold. When they pick up they're very rude and nasty. I imagine because they are stressed out because they're overworked. read more

This is the worst pharmacy I've ever gone to. I've been waiting for half an hour and sat at the window for another 10 minutes pressing the call button multiple times. Rather than doing testing inside they had them in the drive-thru while the rest of us waited a ridiculous amount of time. I'm never coming back here. This is the worst service I have ever received in my life. Update: After waiting an additional 10 minutes while the employee at the window left at least two cars go ahead of me who arrived after I did, the employee was rude and did not apologize for the delay or give any greeting or courtesy. read more

Beware of this CVS! They are always swamped with customers. They are always mean. They rarely, rarely fill a prescription correctly the first time. For example doctor sent them to prescriptions electronically. Even though the drive from the doctor's office to the pharmacy takes some time, I tried to take extra time gathering over-the-counter products before inquiring about my prescriptions. This was all for nothing. They had not even started filling the prescriptions. In fact, they indicated to each other that they had 39 electronic prescriptions they had not even looked through, yet. (One employee indicated she was thankful they were not all at the pharmacy, yet.) They pulled my prescriptions to fill them. This took over forty minutes. I purchased my prescriptions and other items, then realized they had only filled one. Back to the computer! A woman told me it would be at least ten minutes before the next prescription was filled. It was over twenty. Overall, I was in the pharmacy for an hour and a half. It is one thing that they had not started my prescriptions before I arrived. However, after pulling them, I had to inquire several times about the status of my medication to keep them working toward filling my prescriptions. They kept setting it aside for some reason. The pharmacy was busy and always is. However, I was at the CVS through several long lines of customers, all of whom were very dissatisfied and pushed to the point of complaining to each other. The staff routinely bad mouths the customers. I am not sure if they don't think we can hear them when they are behind the pharmacy counter where the pills are counted, or if they are just used to an elderly crowd. I can hear them just fine, however. They also like to tell you how your presence and/or prescription is complicating their lives, and not in a friendly manner. I have never arrived at the pharmacy and had them find my prescription the first time they looked. It is never in the bin marked for the appropriate letters of my last name. Sometimes it is on the floor. Sometimes it is one the pharmacy counter. Sometimes they forgot to fill it. Sometimes they didn't have the medicine, but did not bother to call me. They just note it for when I arrive and ask for my prescription. When they have an issue filling a prescription, such as they missed a notation from the doctor, they will make up stories about why they filled the prescription incorrectly. These include: "We can't fill it that way." (even though they have been for years) "That wasn't what the prescription said." (This takes a doctor's office call to correct.} "I didn't know we could that." "We will fix it next time." (They do not.) If there is another pharmacy you can use, I recommend you go there. I am stuck with CVS for insurance reasons, but sometimes wonder if it would be healthier for me to just pay out-of-pocket and gain some convenience and peace of mind. read more

Absolute worst experience I've ever experienced with any pharmacy hands down. I was traveling for work and Karen, the pharmacist, decided she knew better than my doctor and wouldn't fill my medication. She stated that "leaving my medication at home" wasn't enough for her to give me 9 days (the amount of days I was traveling) worth of my medication. She let it be known it was her decision, and she wouldn't. She then said to call other CVS's and try to find someone who would feel "comfortable". Why would my doctor prescribe me medicine if I didn't need it? How does the pharmacy get to override my doctor? If I were to die while on this trip how liable is CVS? The audacity, lack of caring or help is beyond me. I will be speaking with CVS corporate and hope they will shed some light. read more

If I could give zero stars I would. My son has a serious seizure disorder. Yesterday the line was so long and slow that my son had a seizure in the car. They did not have his seizure medicine, so my husband is in line today waiting again, missing his job in health care. We have used this pharmacy for years, but it is no longer efficient or trustworthy. The fact that the personnel keep changing may speak to problems with the company, but our family will be going elsewhere. read more

This CVS has the worst customer service ever. I walked in the store and their was nobody at the register. I bought skittles they are my favorite candy and guess what they are hard and stale. This place has the RUDEST pharmacy staff in the world. The old guy never looks up from what he is doing, and acts like you are bothering him when you stand there at the consultation sign, needing help. There is a lady with curly hair who never wants to help either, but she only walks over cuz the pharmacist is too lazy and doesn't care. This is a mean staff and and I hate going there anymore. These people weren't always there. It used to be a little bit better. There is zero customer service at this pharmacy. When the old guy finally does look up and you ask him a question, he makes you feel stupid and gives you some cocky answer. My advice is go elsewhere. This CVS is the worst one in northeast Ohio. Their customer service is awful and they rarely get prescriptions filled on time. I showed up at 8:00pm to pick up a prescription only to be told that they closed at 8 and wouldnt help me. I understand that when a business is closed, it's closed and if that was the only problem I had with them, Id let it slide. However, with this added to everything else, it's time for a new pharmacy. I have been going to this CVS for about 2.5 years and that has been long enough. My daughter is sick with an ear infection and required drops. An on-call doctor called in the prescription late last night and when I went to pick it up today (Saturday), they informed me that they didn't have it in stock and I would have to wait until Monday. They never informed me at all of this. I asked if I could have it filled at another CVS and they told me I would have to check around. I asked for the exact name of the drops and asked if they could check for me (baby-in-tow and fussy). They reluctantly did, but still wouldn't transfer the prescription for me, so I got the baby home and napping and called the Hudson location who enthusically stepped in to help me. I was once an employee of CVS and this type of treatment is pure laziness and not looking out for the consumer at all. Needless to say, I won't be back. read more
