This is the worse drugstore ever. The manager, Ricky, is rude, unprofessional and mouthy. He has a terrible customer service approach and has been insulting. The pharmacy itself does not keep medications in stock. I remember the day when cvs was a good drug store. Now, I wouldn't be sure if they went out of business. Customer service is terrible!!!! The online system is abysmal & I called local store (91/Kent Rd) to get clarification. Was forced to leave message for a call back. The young man that did call back was not informed, he put me on hold 3-4 times to go ask someone else & not surprisingly he was not able to resolve questions! Every time I go into the store that pharmacy is grossly understaffed. But filling the space with bodies is NOT the answer, they need people who are informed, know the crazy CVS system & can actually answer questions. Yelpers, listen up! You gotta read this! The pharmaceutical staff here are amazing! I went in to get a prescription that I hadn't even called in from another location. I was politely and patiently asked for my information and told I would have to wait one hour because they were so booked. I gladly waited, just happy they could fill it for me on such short notice. During the wait time, I observed the atmosphere of their work environment. In short, it was beautiful. Even though probably short staffed and overwhelmed they maintained patient, humble and kind spirits. I saw one employee who had at least ten orders to fill, probably more, carefully place them on the counter to start organizing and filling them. The main pharmacist, BUGAJ (I hope I spelled that right), quickly and efficiently answered calls, transferred prescriptions and made necessary arrangements for the establishment to continue running smoothly. My name was called and as I arrived to the counter I thanked the sweet staff member who apologized for my long wait. How sweet, huh?! I was the one who didn't do things correctly, not them! In short (lol), this is the type of atmosphere I can rest in and not be stressed; the type of staff that realize customers may not do everything correctly but still do their best in spite of our shortcomings. Life hasn't been smooth sailing for a lot of us but CVS, you made it a lot smoother for me. Thank you. read more

This is the worst CVS I have EVER used! I waited almost 30 minutes in line to pick up a prescription that had already been paid for. I'd recommend using any other pharmacy other than this on the corner of Wyoga Lake and Graham Road in Stow, OH. Called the Pharmacy at 2pm and again at 2:15 and 2:30. On hold the entire time. No response. Frustrating because I am trying to re-fill an important medication. Very frustrating when you are unable to get a response to something very important in 30 minutes. read more

Hate to have to do this but I've about had it with this CVS pharmacy. Bad attitudes all around, act like I'm intruding on their personal time. Ex: PCP sent a prescription to Aetna (CVS) mailorder instead of the local pharmacy. Apparently the systems which SHOULD be integrated are not. PCP cancelled the mailorder and redirected the script to the local CVS. Local pharmacy says its too soon to REFILL the prescription - which was never filled in the first place! This is the SECOND time this has happened this year. May have to switch insurance companies next year if this crap continues! Now I have to call Aetna Mailorder because its too much trouble for the pharmacist. read more

The front store is great and running in for quick things. They have an extensive line of beauty care items. Good buys on everyday items with rewards card and coupons. Very friendly staff. Always offer to help find things, make sure you don't need help w anything. Always quick to open 2nd register if line gets long. read more

This is specifically geared toward the pharmacy. 3 times now I have gone to this pharmacy. Once 45min before closing, once 42 min before closing and most recently 35min before closing. I pull up to the drive through and tell the clerk I'm 'dropping off'. "When would you like to pick up?" They ask. "I say as soon as it's ready," I respond. In a very snippy tone, "Well its not going to be ready till tomorrow," Was the first response I received a couple of months ago. "I'm sorry, we're swamped I can have it for you first thing in the morning," was the second response. And most recently the lady literally laughed at me and said, "we close in 20 min we can't have it ready till tomorrow." Staying as calm as I know how, I said to her, "you close in 36 min, I believe?" The lady then gave me a glare that you would have you think I insulted her baby, and said to me. "Soo, tomorrow." . . . So first qualm with this branch is the customer service is awful even some of the succesful visits I've had, they don't feel very welcoming, and is like a chore that they have to help you. The second person in this story I give a pass to. She at least tried to be polite and offer a solution. The first and third ladies however; they made me feel like I was impeding on their job, which they applied to and accepted. My second issue is, if there is a policy that says you can't get a prescription filed after a certain time you should post it. There are times where it's only taken 15 min to get a script filed. How do I (the customer) know I can't get filled when I'm 36 min OR more with in your "OPEN" hours. Even pizza shop have this figured out they close at 10:45 so they can go home at 11. Sorry to rant but this place is in my neighborhood and it was very upsetting how the employees treated me. I vowed this last time to myself and wife. And I won't be returning.
