Staff did not acknowledge me as I walked in. The establishment was dirty. There was stuff everywhere on the floor. Sugar poured on the counter by the coffee. The bathroom was disgusting. Toilet paper all over the floor and what appeared to be dried blood on the front of one of the toilets. No pictures of this for obvious reasons. read more

First time coming here, this place is your typical gas station experience. Well it looks nicer than most places that I've been too. Shelves were fairly stocked with food and drinks. Prices were pretty fair, featured plenty of gas pumps and it has easy access to the roads read more

Love the Apple Pay reader works great. Usually clean here to. I also love the fee air for tire fillips that has saved my butt on more than one occasion. We love Sheetz. I was happy to finally get one in our home town of newark Ohio. But this location is horrible we stoped to get gas. The window cleaning stations were all dry and had trash in them. No receipt at the pumps. Really showed a lack of ownership. We were going to go in and eat here but after pumping gas and seeing how they took care of the outside at this location. We figured that their kitchen was just as clean. read more

This is a great Sheetz. Most of the employees are always cool, professional, and courteous. Although a little bit smaller than many locations, still a good selection. Would be great if this location had indoor dining, but it is easily the best gas station in the area. read more

I LOVE Sheetz! Their rewards program is amazing; you save 3 cents/gallon every time. If you're not a member, you need to be! Basically every location is open 24 hours a day, which saved my life when I worked night shift. The made-to-order food is awesome! There are hundreds of ways to customize your order, and it's always delicious. After a night out at the bar during my college days, a Sheetz run was always in order. AND THE FREE AIR FOR YOUR TIRES! Who else thinks air should be free..?! I will drive FAR out of my way before I pay for air. Thank you, Sheetz. I've been to this location a few times, but this time in particular, I really just needed a bottle of water and a bag of Cheetos. I love Cheetos, okay? And like always, Sheetz came through. If you need some gas, a full meal, a bathroom break, a quart of oil, and/or a bag of chips for the road, Sheetz has you covered. Totally disgusting store. Outside trash cans overflowing with trash blowing through the parking lot. Deep garbage under the trash cans indicating they don't clean at all. They started out pretty good when they open a few years ago but obviously corporate has lost touch with the reality of hiring good managers. They represent themselves as a restaurant. Would you eat at a restaurant that the exterior is littered with garbage? It's a safe bet the inside kitchen sanitation is given the same consideration. Pretty bad for such a new store in a nice location. read more

I waited twenty minutes for a burger and my smoothie was two/thirds full, at best. By the time I got back to my car, the pump had expired and the cashier had me get in line behind six people in line to wait again until she finally called over the supervisor to fix it for her. I spent 33 minutes in total at this gas station ordering a burger, smoothie, and a tank of gas. Inexcusable customer service. read more

You know Sheets is known for being a gas station but also preparing fresh made food. It is not fresh food its all frozen but its freshly made. Anyways. I have never really had a good experience at this or Any other Sheetz. As it pertains to the fuel pumps they are old and need replaced. It seems like every time or almost every time I go to sheets to fill up the pump leaks as I am locking it into place and I have gasoline all over my hands. Not just a drip or drop... Like a stream of gas leaks on my hands. One time at a different sheetz I got gas on my hands and did not know it than went to check my phone and got gas on my phone. I had to put my phones back into rice to get the smell and gas off of it. In regards to the food. Its Okay in taste. fried and full of grease. Many times my order has been wrong. Or packed in such a way where the food falls out of its container. They make quesadillas. They are basically packed in pizza slice boxes. Now if they are put in the bag the wrong way it does not matter how you carry it it is gonna leak out. Also even though its essentially fast food. It is not the least bit fast. Go there on a weekend late night and they scream from behind their prep stations "Folks if you are ordering food the wait right now is about 30 minutes" or whatever the wait would be. The people that work there are nice enough. There seems to be a constant change in employment. Maybe if they didn't offer amazingly great starting wages and put the money into keeping the store up and training I wouldn't go there cause I had to, I would go there cause I wanted to. read more

WOW. YUCK. Came home to Ohio for the holidays & went to Sheetz & got the most shoddy gross $8.99 sandwich ever! I'm VERY surprised & upset. We wasted $26 total. No one got the correct sauce or condiments that they ordered.. MY sandwich was the worst. Not only was it missing the cheese & marinara that we paid extra for! The first half looked like it had a bite out of it! i mean a little meat, 2 gigantic thick onion slices & 5 jalapenos & BBQ sauce was NOT what i wanted & of course, the fries we all ordered & PAID FOR were not in there either!. We had a 30 minute wait & agreed to that when told of the wait..But, the maker/worker was messing around the line, texting someone & attempting to fill all orders at their own pace. I wish this experience didn't happen. I liked Sheetz food. I lived off of it in college days! & when i come home, I always go there. Bummer. really.
