I am disabled, so it's very convenient for me to be able to get my receipt at the pump. However,…read morethe pump printers at this Marathon station have been broken for most of the summer. When I went in to the office to get my receipt last week, I asked the clerk if they were ever going to fix their printers. I was met with a verbal barrage of "I'm only one person.....here, take your receipt and leave !....." plus a few other choice, condescending, comments. Must have been a bad day for her, but there was no call to be so rude. I've been buying my fuel here for decades, but if that's how the management wants to treat customers, I will never return. Our former neighbor, who once owned this station, would have been horrified, I'm sure.

On top of that There was a guy yelling in a different language (only mentioned to distinguish who the employee was) at some person on speaker phone who was also yelling the entire time. I had to repeat one question legitimately three separate times because he was too focused on listening to what the other person was screaming on the other line. They were clearly in a fight but work is not the time or place for that. I felt like i was the rude one for interrupting their conversation it was so intense and that shouldn't be the case. I know it's just a gas station but for fucks sake, have a little respect.

I look forward to going to SC when he is working as he always stops to say hello. It is a fine club as well. Gas prices are always the best in the area, clean store, efficiently run, and I have never gotten bad food or seen drastically low levels of goods. Overall what a great place to do your shopping if you have a membership to the club.

Customer service in the automotive section at the Cuyahoga Falls, Ohio Sams' Club is non existent!…read moreI waited almost a half hour trying to just buy a marine battery for my boat and the people in automotive refused to wait on me. I had two different sale associates literally pounding on the door and windows to get someone to help me and they were ignored also. One of the sales associates even called a manager to try to get help and that accomplished nothing. I ended up walking out with nothing. Absolutely pathetic. I work in retail and if I did that to my customers I would be fired!

Their menu is great and they change it up throughout the months. Staff is helpful. Glad they offer a self-checkout lane to keep the flow of service quick and efficient. They also offer free air for tires here. Personal pizza is a great deal and often a go to, as well as BYO subs. They also offer cold packed lunches from Giant Eagle (grocery store) which are great too and they have Krispy Kreme donuts! Food is not just slopped together but usually looks good once it comes out. Good prices and meal deals good. Coffee is great and love that they have real milk and creamers in a refrigerator/cooler to use.

DO NOT ORDER FOOD FROM HERE!!!!!…read more Was here the other day on my way to Cleveland. This is usually where we stop to use the restroom. On this particular day, the worker using the restroom at the same time as me, left the restroom without washing her hands and went straight back to work behind the food counter. So gross!!! Don't bother trying to talk to management here either. Super rude and condescending. We won't mention that this worker is also a thief. You know what you did and I hope karma smacks you around.
