7 Corners Coffee - Eden Prairie - Very spacious

7 Corners Coffee - Eden Prairie

By time I reached the register a second person came in help. I ordered the caramella and a matcha latte. The staff were very nice and made sure I liked the drinks I got. Looked like they had a decent assortment of baked goods as well & very reasonably priced. The space was generally quiet and chill. Wasn't super busy but seemed like a place everyone goes to work. Parking is easy, large parking lot not too far away. Connected to a Church.

I had to think when growing up it may have been considered some kind of sin to suggest serving coffee and light food in a church. "John how dare you spew blasphemy", Sister Mary Francis would say. A very friendly setting that is uber clean. There was a cleaner working while I was there and then someone came from the elevator with more cleaning equipment. I saw a nice display of pastries but tried the pre made sandwich which was still fresh. They feature a light and dark roast in the standard three sizes. The dark roast, which the barista suggested, had a deep roasted flavor with a non-acidic aftertaste. They asked if I would wait while they made a fresh brew for me, and I was glad to have the drink minutes fresh. As great as the product was the attraction is the airy, arty walls and soft lighting for a relaxing almost, shall we say, spiritual awakening. Ok a bit of hyperbole.

There is plenty of parking in the lot outside of Qamaria! The interior is well-done, with elevated finishes and themed decor. I was excited because it looked like a cozy place to grab a coffee! The staff were not very friendly during my ordering process, and just seemed not happy to be at work. Unfortunately, the wifi didn't work for me, so I couldn't actually complete any work. I stuck to reading my book, which was great until they started playing music inside (randomly like an hour after I got there). Now music in a coffeeshop is fine, but this music was staticy, skipped often, and was incredibly distracting. I eventually just got up and continued reading in my car because the workers either couldn't fix it or didn't know how. The Pistachio latte had good pistachio flavor, but I have qualms with a coffeeshop that charges $8 for a latte, and then proceeds to slop it together...no foam, no latte art, and so hot that the milk was scalded. In a world where there is a coffee shop on every corner, you can find better elsewhere for sure. I don't mind paying top dollar for a latte these days, but I deserve it to be well-done.

Thankfully, the pistachio milk cake and pistachio cream cake more than made up for it. Both were rich, creamy, and beautifully flavored with real pistachio and just the right amount of sweetness. The milk cake was soft and soaked perfectly, while the cream cake had a light texture and layered pistachio flavor that felt indulgent but not heavy. The coffee and tea options on the menu looked incredible and unique, especially the traditional Yemeni blends. The atmosphere was calm and inviting, making it a great place to relax and enjoy dessert. We'll definitely be back, hopefully next time they'll have that pistachio croissant waiting for us.

I loved it, but I wanted to be closer to Xcel Energy Center for Wild games and have been staying in Eagan and Bloomington instead. I returned to Eden Prairie last month. I needed a beverage before heading over to be an audience member on The Jason Show. I had also arrived early and needed to kill time. I found this Caribou Coffee nearby and hit the drive-thru. The woman taking my order was cheerful and nice. I rattled off my cell number associated with my perks rewards. I then ordered a large sparkling blackberry lemonade. I approached the pickup window to pay. This woman was delightful to chat with. I paid with a credit card and tipped. Easy peasy! I got my drink. I thanked her and slowly headed over to Fox 9, sipping it as I went. I love the sparking tea line. It's not overly sweet and the fizziness makes me feel fancy. The blackberry was yummy. I love this beverage so much! I'd return here when I'm back in this area again. I had a wonderful experience getting my drink fix at roughly 8:45 am on Thanksgiving Day (Canadian and a Monday). They're constantly rotating seasonal latte flavors, and I haven't had a single drink that I haven't enjoyed. They make their pastries in house and many of them are gluten-free and so delicious! You can buy their beans in store, online, and in some local grocery stores such as Lunds and Byerlys. There are tables inside their cafe that are great for working or catching up with friends. I had a private event where Edina Coffee Roasters came with their coffee cart and served drinks. Leading up to the event, Zach was so friendly and helpful. We were able to have custom signature lattes in addition to standard espresso-based drinks and chai lattes for our event. During the event, drinks were made quickly and Zach was super kind and friendly to all of my guests. I'd definitely recommend them for any event! I also attended an espresso making workshop and it was so fun and approachable! It was the perfect balance of information about technique and beans, and hands on learning. I learned how to measure and tamp coffee grounds, pull a shot, steam milk, and do latte art. The workshop was led by the owners, Zach and Sara, who were so kind and clearly passionate about what they do!

It's a lovely little shop hidden in a quiet business area. There are only a handful of tables, but I was still able to find a place to sit without much trouble. The coffee was excellent and definitely strong in the best way. The staff was super helpful and clearly very knowledgeable about coffee. Our drinks were delicious. The cappuccino had the perfect foam, and we also tried the Trifecta coffee flight, which includes a hot brew, cold brew, and an espresso. Such a fun way to experience the different flavors of their coffee. I love that they make their syrups in house and offer seasonal drinks. They had a great selection of pastries as well, including scones and gluten and dairy free muffins.

Great first visit to Basecamp Coffee!…read more The staff were incredibly welcoming and friendly. They walked me through the menu and explained all of their coffee selections. I loved that they had hot, iced, and seasonal coffee options. There were also seasonal flight options; however, I opted for an iced latte. They also offer punch cards, which I loved and happened to luck out with--the customer before me won a free coffee and decided to gift it to the next customer, which ended up being me. The space is huge! It's shared with the brewing company next door, so both the coffee shop and brewery seating areas are open for the public to enjoy. Whether you're there to work or meet up with friends, there's plenty of space to hang out. While I waited for my coffee, I scoped out the merch area, which was filled with goodies made by local vendors. I purchased my first reusable sleeve, which turned out to be the ideal solution for my iced latte. I was immediately able to put it to the test and was happy to report that I was satisfied with both my latte and my sleeve! Looking forward to try out at coffee flight at my next visit!
