I have not been to laundry mat in a good while (by a good while I mean years) so this set was a new setup to me. The staff was very friendly and helpful and explained to me how their laundromat worked. Even when I screwed the washer up, I accidentally poured the detergent in the bleach and softener side, they helped me out. Clean facility was another big plus. read more

Trina just called me back from a 3-5 ring hang up on my part. THAT is CUSTOMER SERVICE!!! Which business does that? In my first review, I meant to laud both Trina & Precious, but I think I got Trina's name wrong. Either way, EVERYONE at Huebsch is WONDERFUL. They are PROFESSIONAL, and ALWAYS go above and beyond. I have even tried to treat these wonderful women with a goodie from Starbuck's, and they always refuse--policy, I am guessing. Very professional. The place is clean, there's always available carts and working machines, and the staff is really friendly and honest. My boyfriend left his phone on the washer and they kept it safe until claimed. They are good about picking stuff up when people leave it behind and having it safe behind the counter. I appreciate that kind of care and service. read more

I love this place! Super relaxed atmosphere. Not the busiest during the week but after 6pm and weekends can be a bit crazy. As to be expected. What I really enjoy about this place are how fast the whole process is and the prices. Doing 4 loads of laundry and having it cost around 7 bucks is not bad in my book. read more

So my boyfriend and I went to come wash some clothes here and I left my wallet on top of the dryer not thinking and totally left it I came back and thank god for the lovely ladies that work here they grabbed my wallet and put in the draw behind the counter for me to return nothing wasn't take or went threw but I highly recommend this place it's so nice and clean and very friendly too definitely being coming back here more often that's for sure read more

I've been using this place for over two years now. I watched them turn in to a 24 hour laundromat. Then they started hiring people. Ugh. A few of them are as sketchy as they come. But what the hey. It's just a laundry facility. The girls that were always working are still there. They are very sweet. One is Precious. I can't remember the other lady's name. I been dropping off my towels and every once in a while, I'd take my bed linens. All of a sudden I take my towels in and the attendant tells me $17+. I'm startled because I've NEVER paid even $10 unless I had my linens, which were heavy and a lot of towels and linens were included. Apparently this DRAMATIC hike in prices is "what corporate" wants them to charge now. Well..... there's no way I'm going from $8 to $17 and I'm definitely letting everyone that I've recommended to go to this place, know it. They've lost their damn minds. Find yourself another laundromat. There's plenty who will wash and fold for you. And their prices are still realistic. read more

Went today for the very first time! The young lady that was working there was very helpful and very clear in understanding how everything worked! I was shocked with the pricing since it's more so based on both the cycle you select and the size of the machine you select but, I honestly really liked it because they give you more time washing and drying. May be pricey at first but I'm the kind of person that prefers quality over quantity and if you're like me, then you'll like this place too. read more

I bought a card to wash laundry and appreciated the fact that I didn't have to pay for the card. They have automatic sliding doors which is awesome because you don't have to struggle with holding your stuff and trying to get the door. There were some tablets and a play area for kids but I wasn't in that section. I didn't see any out of order machines and they have a sign that says that the dryer will dry in one cycle. They weren't lying. Those dryers were amazing. And now, they are open 24 hours! read more

This has to be the cleanest and quietest public laundry facility I have ever been to in all of North America! The attendant was hella helpful and courteous. The prices for the washers and drivers were some of the cheapest considering how upscale they and the facility is. It's a bit of a drive, but better than the current machines I use! I will be using this place from now on! read more

When I first moved to Houston a year ago I would have rated this laundromat at one of the best I'd ever been to. Since then it has gone down hill. It always seem to be dirty and not maintained. Too many machines are out of service. Just not the place that I remember and I come here every other week. Not sure what happened but the change is not good. read more

My washer broke so while searching for laundromats that weren't in some sketchy neighborhoods, I came across the Speeed Queen chain. This location is a bit far from where I live, but I liked how it's within the vicinity of a lot of places where I normally shop, so I could get my wash done and get some groceries. Very modern and clean facility and well-maintained. They have a waiting area with comfy seats, a kids and adult stations with ipads, TVs, folding stations and free WiFi. The bathrooms were a little smelly so I hope management invests in some sort of odor control system. There's also vending machines for snacks qnd refreshments. The downside is that it's a little pricey. The smaller washers are $4.30 per load, larger washers are $5.95, smaller dryer are $1.65 and $2.15 for the larger dryers. Granted the machines are fast and even the small washers can handle a huge load. Still a little pricey if you have a small amount to wash. They accept credit card and cash and you load a laundry card that's used on the machines. It's all pretty straight forward. I'll be coming back to this location. read more

I rarely need to go to the laundromat as we have our own washer and dryer. However our dry broke and I had to go. By chance I came to Huebsch Laundry on Dairy Ashford and was greeted by friendly and helpful staff and customers. Not too busy and was able to finish quickly and will definitely come back if I need their services again. read more

The whole process cost me around $9 wash and dry ( thats is 6 big loads) compare to other places i would have spent $15-18. I went here today with my husband only to have every single item of our work wear shrunk and melted. The facility wasn't bad, and we were confident until it came time to take our clothes out of the dryer. Low heat and delicate cycle... we took our clothes out only to BURN our HANDS on fabric. I had socks melted, clothing shrunk, buttons torn off shirts and melted... we will NOT be coming back here. read more

They double the credit for the month of July, have free WiFi, 23 min to wash a load , 25 min to dry a load. They have tablets, cushion chairs, couches and a kids corner. It's new, clean and plenty TV's. For only a few cents more than your average hot and old washateria down the street. Me gusta, if you bring someone they give you 5 Dollar credit. Excellent customer service. We purchase $10 and got $20 in credits based on a promo they are running. Efficient machines with plenty of room for big loads. Location has all the products you would need too. It is very clean, friendly staff (assistant manager came out to our car with a cart to help us). Great experience with this laundry service. I took the easy route and had them wash and dry my clothes as I was busy at work and couldn't get time. They washed dried and folded my clothes and were ready for me to pick up late in the evening. The price was very reasonable and they did a really good job.
