Nice location on Westheimer between Hwy 6 & Eldridge. Inside looks new and is very spacious. Upfront there are lots of rolling baskets to get your belongings to/from your car and around inside. The customer care center sells all your laundry essentials and offers laundry service for a price per pound. To get started you'll need to go to the kiosk, get a new card and deposit money into that card via cash or debit. I believe there is a $2 charge for a new card so keep up with it if you plan on coming back. There are two different sized washing machines and I believe three different sized dryers. Each cost a different pice plus additional cost for extra time or fly add ins like extra rinse. read more

Needed to do laundry at a facility for about a month. This place is nice, clean, and the staff is super friendly. They have several different size washers and dryers. A separate washer for pet related items. Clean, bar height, folding tables with stools too. They do not use quarters but have a laundry card you put money on. This made it super convenient to not haul around a bag full of quarters every week. They also have laundry services and though I didn't use it, they seem to be busy with others all the time. Sarah was the staff member that has greeted and helped me each visit. She was fantastic and walked me through the process and all my options on my first visit. read more

This is an excellent laundromat! The staff are super friendly and helpful. I love that it's cashless; having to use coins is a major drawback and inconvenience, so I really love being able to pay with the app on my phone. I also like that on the app you can see which machine you're using and how much time is left for the cycle. I don't have little ones but there is a cute area for kids with iPads for them to play on. I barely use dry cleaners, with that being said me and my wife had a lot of laundry to do. I've been here before and im usually satisfied and gone in a jiff. Today we went there and noticed an increase in price, not only that but you can't use the laundry carts to retrieve your laundry from your car. That's hands down the dumbest thing I've ever heard you have employees sitting around doing nothing, not all but some. They could easily retrieve the baskets some lazy customers may leave. What's the point of them now!?! To wheel my S#!+ two feet from the washer to the dryer? Just to have to pick it all up and take it to my car? Even in the hood you can take your basket out now it's pointless and stupid for you all to even have them. Won't be returning. read more

Everything was super clean and smelled good. The bathroom was also nice and clean. They have plenty of machines there. Not too many people when I went. I'm surprised this doesn't have more views. My boyfriend and I are night owls and were looking for a 24/7 washateria where we could do our laundry. Not only is Breeze 50% off from midnight to 5 a.m., but it's also immaculately clean. The establishment is well lit, maintained and spacious. It's bathrooms are also super clean, which is good for me because I'm a bit of a clean freak. All transactions can be done through a phone app called Laundry Cat, available for both IOS and Android. The app also tracks what machines are in use and how long is left for your current load. The place is a bit far from our apartment, but it's SO worth the drive. read more

The facility is clean and the chairs are comfortable while waiting for your laundry to wash and dry. The attendant was helpful with questions we had and they had a good choice of detergents if you don't have your own. It was also super convenient that they are open 24 hours since we are visiting from out of state our sense of time was off and we didn't realize how late it was when we needed to wash clothes before driving back home read more

I don't typically go to laundry mats but I needed to wash all my throw pillows. This laundry mat is amazing. It's clean it looks brand new the staff is so kind and helpful especially if it's your first time. They are cash less so you can pay with card or with their app. Overall I loved it so much and I will be back to wash my bulky stuff. They also have a drop off option where you can leave your clothes and have them wash dry and fold it for you. Wow !! read more

My first visit was a few days ago. Sarah was amazing. She was so helpful! I told her I would leave a good review. Unfortunately, the experience turned completely around once she left. The lady after her was not helpful at all. She stayed on her phone the whole time. Kids running around to where you had to watch where you turn before you do. She didn't tell the parents anything about their kids. She was not friendly at all when asking for help. Totally opposite of my first impression. After Sarah left, it was like any other laundromat. I would not have returned if I didn't have money left on my card. So I made another visit today, the young lady was so sweet and helpful like Sarah. My 2 kids needed to use the restroom so I let them in. It wasn't 30 seconds later when the woman worker (a different rude one, not the first rude one) started knocking on the bathroom doors. I told her my kids were in the first one. She looked at me and rolled her eyes. Came back around not even a whole 30 seconds later, banging on the doors again. She was rude and I felt very disrespectful. I thought maybe she needed to use it. NOPE! My kids came out shortly after she banged the 3rd time, just for her NOT to go to the bathroom. I mean, what was the point?! I was so irritated and upset, thankfully my clothes were ending and we were leaving. But if it were for Sarah and the young lady that worked today, it would be 10 stars. For the other 2 that make this place horrible, they don't deserve 1 star. So thats why I gave 2 stars. If you find out when Sarah is there, would recommend it. However, I rather not spend my money with a business that employees those other 2 employees. The prices aren't cheaper than other places so it really isn't a reason to continue going. I will go to spend the remaining of my money on my card and that's all. Hopefully they can train their workers in customer service and respect. read more

I've gone several times and they have the best service. I absolutely love that everything is electronic so no cash needed. You swipe your credit card to load a gift card and that is what you use to pay to start the laundry machines. No more carrying quarters around. They also have a play area for the kids which is nice. Snack machine and drink machine available as well. They have an attendee there to help you if needed and keep the place so clean. Won't be going anywhere else. read more
