One of the things I liked most about him is he would go out of this way to hire & work with people who had problems, most people would have nothing to do with these people. Mark just has a big heart. When here he rehired a man who had stoled from him. Yet he forgave the man and put him back to work, "after a few weeks as punishment". He did keep a close eye on his men and I felt safe having them here. Mark did most the work himself as he trained the others on his crew. If you want it done right, And want a yard that looks great for years. Mark is your man.

He required 50% down upfront--which we paid--and then we put down even more money for a basketball court addition. Brandon never started the work. Not a single shovel in the ground. Then came the worst part: complete silence. Calls ignored. Messages unanswered. No accountability, no updates, nothing. After doing more digging, we discovered we are not alone. There are roughly 20+ families who have had the same experience--money taken, promises made, and then completely ghosted. This is not just poor business practice--it's deeply unethical. Be extremely cautious. Do not hand over money upfront, and honestly, I would strongly recommend avoiding Tipton Landscaping altogether. Writing a review just incase he decides to start landscaping again.... Learn from our mistake. Stay away.

They came to cut down a VERY large Evergreen pine tree--72 years old and about 100 ft tall. They worked with the power company because our electrical connection to the power lines prohibited chopping it down easily. When the power company missed appointments set to address the issue, it threw a monkey wrench into their ability to take care of us as they wanted. But they weren't thwarted. Though it took a more circuitous route, they effectively took huge branches off, then felled the main trunk. Finally, they cleaned up all the leavings. They were excellent at what they did. They exhibited creativity in crafting solutions for such a daunting problem in a small space. They were very respectful in all their communication. We would highly recommend this team. We found them to be completely honest. We hope others will find this review very helpful, and we wish them all the best.
