I found the crew extremely skilled and very friendly. I'm beyond pleased with their work, the totally reasonable price and even their clean up. They even did some little extras that i didn't even ask for, like sealing some cracks in another slab of cement I wasn't replacing. In addition, a little stay dog from down the street came running up the street to visit and dived headfirst into a 6" wall of wet concrete that had just exited the cement truck. Dave immediately fished out the little cement caked poodle and carried it down the street to find the owner so he could ensure the little guy got a bath before the concrete dried. David was out of town when his crew poured and they did a LAZY job and didn't even do what we had asked. We wanted short garden type concrete curbing around our existing landscaping and they poured industrial street curbing. They poured over the existing metal curbing without removing it and didn't even care that they poured directly into our grass. They broke sprinklers, ruined our neighbors park strip and when we insisted they fix it, they cut chunks out of our grass to replace what they ruined on our neighbors. They broke two of our fences and ruined our shovels. They left a pool of concrete on our park strip and it killed our grass. They left exposed metal in our play yard that is a hazard for our children. We asked several times for them to come fix what they ruined (and although they fixed MINIMAL amounts of what we asked, there was no resolution) and there was always an excuse as to why they didn't show up at the agreed upon time. His crew was also supposed did a project for my sister (and did it completely wrong) and they were doing a project for a friend (that they never finished even though it was paid for). He gave me the education on how the foam lifting works and the benefits of sealing the joints in between the slabs, no sales pitch and not pushy, and he always answers my questions promptly after I signed the contract. Darrell and Moses are great with their job with the lifting, making sure all the slabs are lifted evenly without causing any damages. They were always on time, efficient and very professional. He reworked my zones, shifting usage so everything runs more efficiently, and the difference is night and day. I also had his team excavate, level, seed, and top-dress the back corner of my yard where the grass had completely died off due to tree roots. I highly recommend CleanGreen Services. They don't rush the work--they make sure it's done right, even if it means coming back the next day to fine-tune things. They are respectful and the level of customer service is outstanding, and I'm happy to say I finally have "a guy" for lawn care and sprinklers.

IWC installed a TPO membrane roof on my apartment building in 2019 and did an excellent job at a…read morefair price. In 2020 we had facia and soffit replaced by another company which resulted in need for repair/patching of the roof. IWC evaluated the impact of the new soffit and facia on the integrity of the roof and patched the roof at a fair price, cleaned up and did the job quickly and professionally. In fall of 2021 a resident advised us of a leak in their apartment after a hard rain. I called Braden with IWC, he answered the call even though he was on vacation! He coordinated having a repairman check out the leak the next day. The second repair (see attached picture) They told me the repair was part of the warranty and there would be no charge. They took pictures and explained the reason for they leak and the repair. IWC's customer service and quality of work is excellent. The more I work with IWC the more confident I am that we picked the right company to install our roof. They are professional, responsive and care about their customers. I highly recommend IWC.
