They came out to fix it, but weren't able to fix the zones for all programs; only 1 zone for program A and 1 zone for program B; program C still not able to use the zones. This seemed satisfactory to them, but I use all programs for different watering times. Finally, after they came out to "fix" the panel, pipes in 2 other zones broke. I don't know if it's coincidence, but it seems like everything they touch breaks. I asked why the pipes burst since they were fine prior to any of this work. Was told that it was because the lines weren't blown out last fall. That's not true--I had them blown out last fall. Very disappointing experience.

We got several quotes from comparable sprinkler companies, but Brad (the owner) was by far the most honest, knowledgeable, AND had the best prices. He partners with BioGrass for the sod, which we really appreciated since they seem to be the best sod farm in Utah. He had some great suggestions on the which sprinkler heads to use and also put in a smart sprinkler box for us (we can control everything from our phones/computers/tablets). He and his guys are hard workers and made sure that everything was put in properly. They also respected our property and animals (we have chickens, goats, and dogs and all of them handled all the activity very well). Everything is greening up nicely and the sprinklers have been working perfectly. During the installation process, a flood light in our backyard was accidentally broken. When I brought the problem to Brad's attention, he took time out of his busy schedule to personally come out and fix it. He obviously has his customers' best interests at heart! We were assured they would come back in the spring to make sure everything was working. Now that the secondary water is on, Classic has informed us we aren't eligible to have them come back and check their work as our install was only an add on and not a full install.
