They were prompt in scheduling, but they couldn't make all the repairs at the first appointment. They came back and made repairs, which included burying an exposed line and moving some heads. The cost was much more than they quoted. After a week or two I checked the system and we had heads over spraying. One of the main concerns I had was the deck being sprayed directly, which I told them at the first appointment, and the deck was still being sprayed. I get the systems aren't perfect and you can control only so much. Called them up and they came back out. They made some adjustments. The deck was not being sprayed as before. I don't know if they just don't carry many K Rain heads or they ran out or there is a supply issue, but we still have overspray and are lawn is not being irrigated properly. I also had them install a new controller, which is terrible. A piece of junk. The buttons don't work well and the font on the label is awful. I know this isn't their fault, but I don't see how anyone would want this style.

One of the…read moreresponses was from some sprinkler guy in Utah County who told me to go to the "services" section of KSL.com and I would find dozens of sprinkler contractors because he wasn't about to come to Sandy to do a sprinkler job. These guys were the ones I picked. Needed a new sprinkler system. Bought this place in 2011. Figured I could either fix the sprinklers myself or drag around a hose. That got old two years ago. Just now got the money to start from scratch. Phil is the owner, Chris is the sales guy. Jason or Justin or Jared was the lead installer. Took them two weeks, not including the turf repair I'm still waiting on. I don't know what they use for an address. You can ask them for their tax ID number (EIN). They do a bunch of work for the LDS Church and from what I've heard, they're pretty damn picky. $400/zone. I got 7 zones. Probably could have done with less but it was worth the extra two or three zones to make certain I got what I needed. I bought a Hunter Pro-C Controller, Solar Link and the Roam remote controller. sprinklersforless.com or something. Paid $400 for all three, got a free t-shirt. These guys installed it. They trenched because I've got a lot of old-growth trees with roots everywhere. It took about two weeks to complete aside from the re-seeding that's coming soon. They worked long and hard. There were two guys on the job at all times. Phil knows what he's doing and they've done a very professional job. Perhaps you can do this yourself for less. I know you can pay twice as much as I did given the bids I received. There were two or more companies that came out to bid and never got back to me. I would recommend these guys to my mother, grandparents or even my aunts but my parents, grandparents and one of my two aunts are deceased. My other aunt has Alzheimer's and I'm here to tell you that's a shitty disease by any measure! Yeah. Five stars are four and a half stars too few. I mean that. We had struggled to fix a broken valve over the past few years but it just got worse and worse…read more This year I resolved to fix it myself for good. But once I got in there, I realized I was outmatched - it was going to require some major reworking of the system and I just didn't have the time. I got referrals from neighbors to other sprinkler repair companies, but none of them returned my calls. (What does it take these days to get a service company to answer the phone?!) I did reach out to one company on their website and after a few days got a call back. After my 30 second description of the problem and without even seeing the job, they quoted me $1000. When I questioned the cost, I was met with the explanation that the technician was *very* popular. Well, this is sprinkler repair, not Teen Beat. So, I went back to my sprinkler repair search, finally coming across Sprinkler Master. Guess what? They answered the phone and I got to speak to someone the very first time. And they scheduled my appointment right then. And then they showed up! Yay for a service company that does what they say they're going to do! After inspecting the work to be done and talking about our options (yes, we have options), Jay gave me a quote that was half the price of the other guy. We scheduled for him to come out on Monday. I forgot it was Pioneer Day but sure enough when I looked out the window before 7am, Jay was hard at work and quickly had the new equipment up and running. He said he would come back that afternoon (after I actually woke up) to review the work and test the system. Everything worked like a charm. The new equipment and set up is well-designed and looks real clean (as far as a sprinkler box, valves and manifold can look). There was no evidence that someone had dug up the yard, in fact some of the mess my grandkids had left out back was put away neatly. We are very happy with the work Jay did and highly recommend him and his company. We plan to have him come back out to address some additional issues with coverage. Great work, reasonable prices, super nice guy, answers the phone and shows up on time. What more could you ask for?

What a mistake. She lied to us that she was licensed and insure. Her crew did poor quality work hiding the fact that several sprinkler, Heads were broken when the crew was taking our sod out. We questioned her about and made an excuse and had her crew knowply. Cover up the mistake with fabric. Then she asked my husband for an unreasonable bonus for us after doing a rock wall and charges us bogus hours as well. Then she keep giving us outrageous bids for additional work. She was definitely scamming us. I stopped the work and cancel our last check to her after she admitted she knew about the broken sprinkler heads. Be aware. She consciously comes across as a sincere person to develop your trust, in order to scam you later on. She got fairply compensated for the work her crew did minus the repairs and headaches to have a reputable contractor to finish. I would never hire her again. I am also making referrals to the appropriate licensing agencies about conducting work with out the appropriate licensing requirements and then lying about it.
