I ask him, is there someone that can help us with a microwave? He says he can and follows me over to the aisle. He asks if I had one picked out. I tell him I have questions first. I ask my first question and look back at him and he's looking at his phone. I repeat the question and he answers me while looking at his phone. I ask the next question and he is still on his phone. By now I'm done, so we left.

They helped me select new colors, matched some existing ones, made good recommendations, and followed through on everything. I could not have asked for a better experience. They communicated well with me and my tenants the entire time. Very professional all around. They have recently returned to prepare my rental for a new tenant and they did a smashing job. These guys recently moved to Springville. I went in to buy a couple hoses to attach to the top of…read morea water heater after the guy working there told me that these were the ones. At the counter, I paid for them with cash (gave $40) and got my change. While the guy was getting my change I was looking at the hoses more closely and I realized that the dimension on one end was wrong. I hadn't pocketed my change and he hadn't yet given me a receipt, so I asked for my money back so I could make sure that these would work. Instead of immediately refunding my money, the guy said, "no, I can't give you your money back. I need to go through corporate and they will send you a check." HUH?!! You have got to be kidding me. I asked for the guy's supervisor and was told that he was out sick. The guy then said that he was pretty sure these hoses were the right fit for my water heater and I told him that if they weren't I would be back and expect a CASH refund. He said it was the company policy not to give cash refunds. So, corporate, you need to change your policy with respect to walk-in customers who pay in cash. If these hoses aren't the right fit, I will be back to your Springville store tomorrow and expect a CASH refund. Meanwhile, I'm not doing business at this ridiculous place ever again. If you are a do-it-yourselfer, there are plenty of places to buy plumbing supplies in Utah County other than this place. Stay away!
