They were able to get out to me the same day I called and I was installed the next day! Not only was starting with them quick there was no contracts. A HUGE thing for me having been stuck in contract with another company for 2 years. Had I have known they buyout contracts I would have called ages ago. I have been with them for a little more then 6 months now and I have never looked back. If you are looking for outstanding service and a real LOCAL person this is definitely the company for you. Second attempt posting review, don't think Yelp likes me much today!

At the store he took care of me contacted the main office for me and helped me change my number. Such great service isn't as common now as in the past. I haven't had much of a problem with the employees at this store or the stores in Houston. I have had a miscommunication before that is resolved now. While I am very impressed with the stores it doesn't seem as organized or impressive at the main office. I will go to the store now and try to take care things initially there first.

They don't know what is going on and had to look on google to do things. They will lie to you to get you to sign up and once you pay that activation fee, you're on your own. Activated two devices here without a clear understanding of what was going on because I was blatantly lied to. When I came back to clarify some things all they told me was "you're not stuck here and we'll cancel everything and you can go back to your old carrier." Uhhh can we get my 50$ activation fee? NOPE! I then went to another the other branch in New Road where they helped me clear everything out. I found out how much lies I was told, but they were able to clarify everything and fixed it. The cherry on top of my experience here was when I found out when I signed up for the Veteran discount, I had to verify that stuff or else after 60 days if I do not, I will never be able to sign up for it and I would have lost all the discounts! Man. Don't come here because you'll be wasting hours of your time.

The lady who handled my appointment schedule at the toll free number was very polite and set up the appointment with ease. The local guy was very understanding and polite as well. On moving day the guys showed up on time they gave me a text when they left the store they went to my parents home first then the apartment and then to the destination. They were very efficient and quick. They were also very polite. The hunks part is explained on the pic of the truck that I posted. It was a very nice experience as far as moving goes and pretty reasonable w the price as well. Would definitely use them again as well as recommend them to family and friends. There wasn't much to report that is negative. when I think about it nothing really. Very positive about this company plus they donated two meals to charity w every move.

I would say really only ONLY use them if they are the LAST RESORT. Otherwise they will only cause you additional problems that take your time and money and they may or may not truly get the problems corrected. Next day came and went...nada...nothing. On monday Dec 24, I called and got Cathy who is the owner or higher up? She said nobody measured, but DID NOT have any explanation as to why not.
