On Dec 20th, our company called in and requested an estimate on our existing outdoor electric lit commercial sign. We had just taken over the space and the sign needed new text and bulbs, etc...about $1000 job. H AND h said they would send their tech out to measure and get back to us next day. Next day came and went...nada...nothing. On monday Dec 24, I called and got Cathy who is the owner or higher up? She said nobody measured, but DID NOT have any explanation as to why not. She said 100% tech guy would measure and give FIRM estimate day after Christmas. That is the very last our company ever heard from Cathy at H and H sign co. in waco tx.
