Air Net, what a difference! I have tried several other companies over the years and recently my neighbor told me to give them a try. They were able to get out to me the same day I called and I was installed the next day! Not only was starting with them quick there was no contracts. A HUGE thing for me having been stuck in contract with another company for 2 years. Had I have known they buyout contracts I would have called ages ago. I have been with them for a little more then 6 months now and I have never looked back. If you are looking for outstanding service and a real LOCAL person this is definitely the company for you. Please be careful when selecting this company it is far from professional... Been without service for 2 weeks and still no communication and when I try to express my frustrations on there Facebook page I was blocked. Got a call from the owner telling me he's sueing me but for what he never said ... Several employees has said he has frauded them thru payroll and he has forged tax papers. Please be advised this business is not ran with honesty and integrity. For 2 weeks we were without service. Call they office they would respond with working on it and will be up shortly. Then they just let my call go to voicemail more time then not. They have a fb page and vaguely and rarely we were updated on progress. After 2 weeks with no service my husband called to cancel service with them. She sent a confirmation text stating they would be at our house on November 21 any time from 11am-4pm to retrieve their equipment. However the day after verbally canceling I hear something that sounds like someone in my attic. I thought it was my son because he has things up there. However no one was in the attic and when I looked out a window I seen a guy with a ladder under arm in a face pace walk to an Airnet van. Then minutes later my husband received a text saying they had completed their services and we would receive an invoice. I called their office and they don't answer my call. They have called ID and have stop taking my calls. I call from my sons phone and they answer, I tell her what just happen and that he came and gone unannounced and left the dish and inside equipment. She said she would call the tech and check it out. I told her I wanted a phone call to follow so I am informed as well. After a week with no service and upfront answers customers became upset and we would go to the Airnet page and voice their frustration. The comments were deleted and those people were blocked. Reason I know is because I had tons of messages coming in from customers and past employees giving me their testimonies and experiences with them- all which were negative and a few jaw dropping. Service is pretty bad. Goes down every other week and they never answer phones during outages. It's like they just take the phones off the hook. read more
