The facial was top notch, so relaxing and the esthetician took the time to understand my skin and customize the treatments. However, I didn't find the add-ons to be worth it so next time I'd stick with just the facial. The space was quiet, relaxing and welcoming. My only other negative was I don't like being "upsold" after a relaxing treatment. At the conclusion of services, there was an effort to sell me their monthly membership and additional products. I get it, but for me, after a treatment is done, I want to pay and get out of there. I would come back, prices were great and services were wonderful, but learned a few things I'd tweak next time.

These are rarely even sold elsewhere, and are more expensive online than I can get them in a Walgreens store. I've been buying these for over a decade, and they are always the cheapest price around! This time I came into the store for a photo pick up order for a friend of mine. The photos came out great, and we're a very decent price. It took about 15 minutes of waiting at the photo station for a staff member to come up and assist us, so that was disappointing, as the rest of the store was not very busy. Otherwise, a great experience at this location!

The rest of the staff was quietly doing their work while she loudly talked to herself, ironically asking to no one in particular if she could get some peace and quiet. During my consultation I was told the standard order of business is 2 syringes in the cheeks. So they sold me 2 syringes. Gave a great discount if I paid cash. After a month my cheeks were lump, noticeable asymmetry and I looked as if I aged 20 year, I go back thinking it could be corrected and was sold another syringe cash for the discount. A month later I contact them because my face was distorted and you could see the filler under my skin. I requested for refund and f it to be corrected. Dr. Abbott insisted that because he trained the injector it was performed correctly. Offered me to purchase another syringe and dissolve the areas that had been over filled. I opted for the dissolve. Later on, the hot towel treatment was too hot, and again everyone looked over. I felt the massage part was lacking, and their chairs weren't very comfortable. When she put on the scrub I feel like I got an old crusty glob, and it was very off putting. I left with a bad feeling, and not how you would imagine after receiving any treatments. I don't think I'll return.

Kaitlyn mentioned in the beginning that she does medium pressure, not deep tissue. I was disappointed to hear this, however, the pressure she used was perfect! She asked about any problem areas, and I explained a few spots in my back that are always tight. She spent a good amount of time on these, and they feel very relaxed afterward. The whole experience was very calming, the room is set up well, lights dimmed to a good setting, and the sheets in bed are comfortable. The pregnancy bed has an opening for your belly, so lying here was the most comfortable. I've been on my stomach in months! When I flipped over, she put a soft pillow over this opening, so it was also comfortable to lie on my back with the opening covered. The cover itself has a slight angle upwards near your head, making it comfortable for a pregnant woman to lie on this, as you are not flat on the bed. Overall, this was a fantastic massage! The only thing I would change is that the music was incredibly slow, and I prefer a bit of a melody to help my brain relax. This is a very minor note, and just my personal preference. I would highly recommend booking a massage at oasis with Kaitlyn!
