A week later came back in to return it but told them they never emailed me the receipt. Rep that sold it to me, was flabbergasted and said if she did the transaction there is no way I would not have gotten it. She tells me there is nothing she can do and I can only trade it in with another useless expensive case. I already told to a AT&T rep at another store as well as online and they both told me that they should be able to accommodate or if anything find the transaction if I had bank statements and the date and time of the transaction. I just got service in Dec from Honest. I came back from a five week trip and had no internet upon my return. They diagnosed it as a problem in the lines coming to my unit (so not my issue) but it will still take them 3 days to come out and restore service.
