I asked how much it would cost to repair, because I wanted to compare their price with the one I was given at Lenny's Repair Shop up the block. I was told by the clerk that I could leave my phone, come back in about a half hour so they could take a look at it, and they would tell me what was wrong with it and give me an estimate. When I came back, the tech told me my phone was fixed and my bill was $100. When I complained that I didn't agree to have the work done, all I asked for was an estimate, the tech responded "What's the matter, you don't have $100?" I explained that besides the rudeness of the question, that was not the point, but ended up paying just to get out of there. Within two weeks my phone was ghost touching (i.e. opening apps, generally doing things I wasn't asking it to do). I wasn't able to get back to the store for another couple weeks, and when I did, I was a few days past the 30 day warranty so they refused to look at it. Unpleasant experience all around. Stay clear of this place.

    I have been having issues with my Dell laptop. Finally it was said that I needed to have my battery…read morechanged. After going to Best Buy twice, I looked up laptop battery replacement shops. Cyber on U was the first store. Max was in constant communication. The change out was done in under 5 minutes. Max even showed me that I have space to add a hard drive. The price was also good. I am considering to go back for a cracked iPad. However, I know I have a place for my clumsy self if anymore of my electronics need some TLC.

My ipad mini dropped by accident and the screen was cracked. It was still working fine except the glass was broken and you could easily get cut. Again, everything was working like normal and the screen was just cracked..that's all. The ipad was brought in for repair on a dead battery because I forgot to charge it. I get a call from the guy here who said the ipad was charged up and the crack actually caused a black spot on the screen. If I wanted this fixed it's an extra $75. I told him I played with the ipad numerous times after it fell and there was no black spot. He stayed quiet. He probably thought I never saw the screen after it fell...not the case. I told him no, dont fix it and I'll see what he's talking about when I pick it up. Went the next day to pick up and saw the round black spot. I told him this was not there when it fell. Again, he said nothing. I told him how did the black spot appear and he said from the drop. Um, no thats not the case and I told him this wasn't there. Again, he said nothing. Once I got home my husband was very upset and called the location. He spoke to the guy and told him this was a crappy job he did and asked how the spot appeared. He actually told my husband the spot got worse after he opened the ipad to fix it. Clearly the spot appeared after you attempted to fix the glass. Why should we pay to fix your mistake????!!!! He never offered to fix his mess. What kind of customer service do you provide? None apparently. We actually thought bringing my device here was a mistake and we shouldve went to kings plaza mall and had the kiosk people fix it or even my neighborhood guy who does good work with apple products. Now, I have to pay double to fix his mistake. I will not leave this here, I'll be looking to file a complaint with this so called company. I will post a picture of the spot he caused on my ipad.

    You all should be aware of any order you have before going to the store just for equipment pick up…read more Tonight 8/26, I went to the store only to pick up the internet modem to my existing internet order I signed up 3 days ago. have order #, account number, security pin delivered to my email. The store person called Syet lied about my order status told me it was canceled, inactive, shaking his head making weird statement like Yeah I don't know why it was canceled itself etc.. Offered me to sign up the same offer I already had, 5 mins modem pick up resulted in 30 mins standing and waiting, plus another 30mins holding for any available rep. I was there for 1 hour, again for a modem pick up. That's not the worst, I didn't get any new order confirmation via email because he spelled my email address incorrectly and would not print any new order confirmation for me. Enough of suspicion, Called in Spectrum phone center to be notified that my name was also incorrect. While wanting to find out more why my self online order was showing canceled at the store only to realize it was INTENTIONALLY canceled by Syet for him to just make an extra sales business. Meanwhile that order cancelation confirmation came in to my email just when I got home and confirmed timing by the cell center supervisor. How could someone not able to locate my order was able to cancel my active order???? Spectrum is not a bad campany indeed the deal offered for me to return as customer was great. The store rep's misconduct was totally unacceptable, caused me a lot of inconvenience, made a fool out of me. This dishonesty behavior should be fired by Spectrum. I visited SI mall location before never had this trouble. This new location manager needs more work on managing employees. Complaint is going to them. you just got to watch out for what is being told and checked thoroughly, they might do anything just to make sales

Customer Service Representative JD handled the whole affair with expertise, diligence and extreme patience as this customer had a great amount of data and she had many, many questions during the time it took to complete all of this.     The worst customer service…read more Brought an iPhone case. Rep told me she will email me the receipt instead of printing one. Wasn't planning on returning it. A week later came back in to return it but told them they never emailed me the receipt. Rep that sold it to me, was flabbergasted and said if she did the transaction there is no way I would not have gotten it. She tells me there is nothing she can do and I can only trade it in with another useless expensive case. I already told to a AT&T rep at another store as well as online and they both told me that they should be able to accommodate or if anything find the transaction if I had bank statements and the date and time of the transaction. She was getting offended that I told her this info and she was acting extremely unprofessional and needs a lesson on customer service. I don't believe any of them care about this yelp site but I will be escalating this further due to my dissatisfaction
