I had bought a cute comfy Koi lab coat for work for days I didn't feel like wearing scrubs and ordered embroidery to the left chest with my credentials. Three days later it was ready for pickup and I found the embroidery company stitched the wrong side. They sent it back to have it unstitched but because it was still obvious the stitching was removed, the embroiderer was set to buy a new coat for the store and re-embroider it. The owner decided to call me and offer to take it home, wash, steam, and try to see what progress could be made on it, in case we could make it look like-new to the unstitched side. I came back in and looked it over. It didn't look 100% but it looked so much better and to the untrained eye, it was not noticeable. I could personally see the difference, but it was barely noticeable honestly. Probably to the extent of maybe how it would have looked after three weeks of wearing it maybe. The owner refunded the embroidery fee of ~$12, and then gave me 20% off the coat itself which was very generous. I'm really happy with the coat actually, and the discount took the disappointment away entirely of the jacket not being pristine. No one noticed and it saved the embroiderer from buying a new jacket for the store. Thank you so much for working with me and making the situation right! I'll continue to visit for replacement scrubs or other work items here!

Dennis Uniform customer care emailed us back on Aug 23, 2023 and said............"Thank you for your email! I sincerely apologize for the delayed response. I am going through aged emails, and noticed yours is still open. Were you able to resolve this issue? Please advise, and I'll resolve it if it isn't already." Really, it takes this company 15 days to respond to an email...? I replied back to Customer Care and asked about ship date and they now said.... "Thank you for reaching out. I've looked into your order and can currently provide an estimated shipping date of Early October for the Short Sleeve Feminine Fit Jersey Polos. We very much appreciate your patience during this busy back-to-school shopping season!" REALLY.............??? I would 100% recommend that if your school is considering switching from Lands End to Dennis Uniform that you reconsider! This most recent experience, however, was disappointing due to communication. Based on the information on their website about fast Direct to Film printing, I reached out ahead of time to confirm whether they could complete a small order of 8 shirts within two days. I also made it clear at the time of ordering that I had a flight scheduled for the morning after I would need the shirts by. I was told yes, emailed over my design promptly, and everything appeared to be on track. On the day the order was supposed to be ready, I received a call to collect payment and was told the shirts would be done before closing. When I hadn't received any update, I had to call that evening to follow up, at which point I was told the machine had "just broken" and there was no timeline for repair. The lack of proactive communication was the most frustrating part. Fortunately, I was able to find a business in Las Vegas that could accommodate the order on short notice, deliver high-quality shirts, and do so at over 30% less than my original quote. I've had good experiences here in the past, but clearer communication and earlier notice would have made a big difference in this disappointing situation.
