Where to even begin with this horrible dirty place. Please save your time and go somewhere else…read morethis place is the worse place you could send your kids too they are money hungry and absolutely don't care about your kids. My son is 4 with level 1 autism & they would be so dirty with my son they hardly changed his diaper I would pick him up with his diaper so full that he wasn't able to sit on his car seat by the time we walked to the parking lot to go home he would get rashes due to them not caring for him when it's 1 on 1 therapy when at his normal school I don't Go thru problems like this, the facility in general is disgusting very unclean and unhygienic I will be reporting them to the Health department. When you first walk into the clinic the couch is super dirty as if they found it in an alley the smell of the clinic smells like poop all the time imagine how they have their house. They paired my son with a man named Cory and he was so dirty towards my son he would never clean his hands after eating or change diapers his personality was very odd and wasn't a great fit for a little boy and the clinician manager Gabriel Ortega knew that and they didn't care to change and would threaten me about my insurance getting upset and denying me for the next evaluation. They forced us to do long hours to benefit them making more money out of my kid. Here are some pictures to proof of how dirty the clinic is and how they must be dirty with the kids there as well. I made a grievance complain to my insurance and they told my insurance as AN EXCUSE that my son loved to play on the floor when my son doesn't even play on the floor they would put him in a boring white room with a tablet and would always have subs never steady with their workers the only person that was the best is Valerie she is a sweetheart & so is Anthony but other then that don't waste your time there with money hungry lieing Gabriel Ortega and the director is unprofessional as well knew about all the situations and failed to communicate with him. I will be printing these pictures and forwarding them to Long Beach City Health Department. Look at these pictures and you decide if this clinic are the dirty ones or my son is !!!!!

can't say enough great things about 360 Behavioral Health in Long Beach! The entire staff is…read moreamazing, kind, patient, and truly dedicated to the families they serve. You can feel the care and effort they put into every interaction. A special shoutout to Destiny, the manager! She used to be my child's ABA specialist, and now she's been promoted, which doesn't surprise me at all. She was incredible with my child, always patient, understanding, and truly invested in their progress. Seeing her grow into a leadership role makes perfect sense because she has always gone above and beyond for every family she works with. If you're looking for a compassionate and reliable team that truly puts people first, I highly recommend 360 Behavioral Health in Long Beach!

Precious Kirstein, the Client Service Coordinator at Kadiant, reached out to me regarding a…read morebehavioral therapist named Ryan. I've lost track of all the behavioral therapists my son has had; I don't even recall what he looked like. Everything is very one-sided regarding issues at Kadiant. For example, one day Nathan called me at work and said he would cancel a session because my son wasn't awake. I informed Nathan that I can't take calls like that while at work. He never excused himself, apologized, or acknowledged my statement. I accessed my home camera and captured a screenshot of my son while he was awake. I texted Nathan to put an end to his back-and-forth because he wasn't getting the point. Nathan did not cancel the session because Donny was awake. I informed Nathan that he should send Diego, the behavioral therapist, home if he couldn't handle the session. It's very simple. Diego engages in things that are inappropriate. For instance, Diego thinks I'm unaware of his activities on the Discord app. This is a recurring issue, and I have notified them about it. They conducted themselves precisely as I anticipated, failing to investigate the matter. Since Diego openly displays this behavior and looks around to see if we noticed, two other caregivers have seen it too. Yes, we noticed. They are merely foolish and nonsensical and act as though the families are when really it's the other way around. A single review cannot address all of the issues at this location. I requested the proper documentation, but it was one of the last issues I encountered. I included the service coordinator from the Regional Center in an email in order to assist in obtaining the documentation I've been requesting and to answer any questions we may have. Nathan dislikes it when I confront him with evidence and straightforward observations. I will admit that Nathan has a lot of experience, but I've observed that he doesn't stress or experience burnout because he tends to be quite lazy in his work. It's clear that he is unable to provide any documentation. He always requests for a "parent training" meeting just to talk and show you graphs. I have never been presented with anything as concrete as in notes, assessments, documentation, etc. Nathan and the behavioral therapists are not doing productive work. Of course I am excluding the highly skilled behavioral therapists who have resigned. Nathan ran to Precious in tears, believing that I had hurt his feelings. This is a business, not a venue for accommodating feelings or engaging in sentimental activities like singing Kumbaya. As a mother, my focus is on ensuring my son receives the necessary services. It's that straightforward.
